00:04He did spend some time in Indianapolis.

00:05I'm sure you're aware of what he did there as a head coach.

00:09First two years, I think the arrow is pointing up.

00:11He's back for year three.

00:13A lot of expectations in Chicago.

00:14I think they're going to be very, very good.

00:16And I know Matt really well.

00:18We actually do a couple of events together every year.

00:22We're part of a Christian coach's phone

00:26call every two weeks.

00:27And he's awesome.

00:29But the thing that he has done, I think, is put his stamp on,

00:32this is how we're going to do things.

00:34And we're going to build.

00:35And we're going to grow.

00:36We're going to grow through the draft.

00:37We're going to develop people.

00:38And we're going to hustle and hit.

00:40And it's not going to be any blueprint of this wild stuff

00:46that nobody else knows.

00:47No, we're going to just be sound fundamentally.

00:50We're going to outwork people.

00:51And I love it.

00:52And I think now the talent they're

00:55putting together on offense to go with that defense,

00:58I think they're going to be very, very tough this year.
