00:00In 1986, four men were convicted for the murder of Sherry and Doon Koon.
00:06A few years later, however, they were all released.
00:10Did they truly commit such a murder?
00:21Welcome to Can You Solve It? Asian Crime Case Edition on Shok Podcast,
00:26where we talk more about unsolved cases and the theories behind them.
00:30My name is Abigail and today we have Lauren here together with me.
00:34And we will be covering a case that happened in Thailand.
00:37Hence, we have actually mango sticky rice here.
00:41Lauren told me that she don't eat mangoes, so I'm a bit sad.
00:45But if you want, you can eat the rice.
00:47I'll eat the rice.
00:48Yeah.
00:49Okay, so actually today's case is slightly different.
00:52We'll cover more on the dark and corrupt police force at that time.
00:59Okay, it's not so much of the murder itself.
01:01Because the murder, actually, they didn't really talk a lot about the murder.
01:05But everything that happened behind the murder case.
01:08So, let me start you off with a question.
01:11What would you do if one day you are suddenly, like you suddenly got accused
01:17for something that you didn't commit?
01:21Like you were sentenced to death for something that you didn't commit.
01:24What would you do?
01:25Oh my gosh, I would, I guess I would just accept fate.
01:30Why? Will you not fight for your own innocence?
01:33But the thing is that if everyone is just accusing me,
01:36to the point where what if my parents and my family doesn't even believe me anymore
01:41and I'm just alone.
01:43And then, I don't think, I don't know how would I feel though.
01:47I think I would try until to the point where I cannot try, I'll just accept fate.
01:52Yeah, you know at one point you get so tired and then you're like, you know what, whatever.
01:56You just pray, that's the only thing you can do.
01:58Just look up and pray.
02:00Yeah.
02:01Okay, so let's start with our victim.
02:03Okay.
02:04Sherry Ann Doonkin was a 16-year-old female.
02:09She was born to an American father and a Thai mother.
02:13And she was actually described as a very talented girl.
02:16So she knows a lot of languages.
02:18English, Thai and even Mandarin.
02:21And when she was younger, she actually mostly stayed with her grandmother.
02:25And she only ever visited her parents on the weekends.
02:30Right.
02:31But when she was around 16, her grandmother actually passed away.
02:35And during that time, it was where she started living at Eastern Bangkok.
02:41Where it was alleged that her caretaker or boyfriend at that time was 41 years old.
02:48Winai.
02:50Okay, I don't want to butcher the name.
02:52But his name is called Winai Chaipanit.
02:55Okay, wait.
02:56I think that's already a red flag.
02:5841 years old and a 16 years old.
03:01Yeah, but I mean it was alleged.
03:03So we don't know whether were they actually dating.
03:07He was her caretaker in that sense.
03:10And so he actually arranged an apartment for her to stay at.
03:15So a bit of background on this story.
03:18Was that the whole case of Sherry Ann actually occurred on July 22, 1986 in Bangkok, Thailand.
03:29Sherry Ann was like having a normal day at school.
03:32And after finishing her classes in the afternoon.
03:35She was heading back and it was alleged that she was abducted then.
03:41The exact circumstances of her disappearance were actually not made clear.
03:46But three days later, her body was actually discovered in the wetlands outside of Bangkok.
03:52At this place called Samut Prangkan province.
03:55And autopsy actually didn't state how she died.
04:00But it did state that she had lack of oxygen in her brain.
04:05So if you think lack of oxygen probably just strangled.
04:10Probably right.
04:11I cannot think of anything else if you have lack of oxygen in your brain.
04:16I don't know unless.
04:18Okay, maybe not strangled.
04:19You know the thing where they put by the styrofoam.
04:21Like water boarding.
04:23I don't know.
04:24You know the styrofoam thing and then they like try to.
04:26Yeah, I think it's called water boarding.
04:28Yeah, okay.
04:30But the thing is there was actually no signs of struggle.
04:33And there was also no signs pointing to any sexual assault.
04:38Oh.
04:39Yeah.
04:40Wait, sorry.
04:41So there's no signs of like marks by the neck.
04:44I think this what it means of struggle is more like.
04:48You know when you're fighting back.
04:50And then you would like.
04:51Scratch.
04:52Yeah, kind of fight for your life.
04:54So there was no signs of.
04:55Also maybe bruises.
04:57Yeah, so bruises everything.
04:58There was none of those.
04:59And there was also no any signs that pointed to sexual assault.
05:04Okay.
05:05So honestly her murder.
05:07Well, no one knows like what actually happened to her.
05:11The initial investigations.
05:13So actually one month after the police arrested five men.
05:18Okay.
05:19And charged them with premeditated murder.
05:22Among the five men.
05:23Among the five men.
05:24One of them was actually Sherry Ann's alleged partner.
05:28Which was Winai.
05:30Right.
05:31And the rest of the men was the people working under him.
05:36So we have this.
05:38We have one called Rungkaram.
05:41Pitek.
05:43Tawet.
05:44And Kerasi.
05:45Okay.
05:46It's.
05:47Tiniest are so long.
05:48I.
05:49It's a struggle.
05:50But.
05:51It's okay.
05:52Thank you.
05:53Thank you.
05:54But I think.
05:55Why the reason why I brought it up is because.
05:57After that, we'll learn more about them.
05:59And I feel like they should be respected.
06:02Right.
06:03Respect.
06:04Yes.
06:05So stay tuned.
06:06So why were they convicted?
06:10Right.
06:11Was because there was a witness that actually claimed that.
06:15He saw four men drag Sherry Ann.
06:18Out into a taxi.
06:20Just outside of school.
06:22The day that she went missing.
06:23Okay.
06:24And he specifically pointed out that she had golden hair.
06:30Okay.
06:31So which described the hair of Sherry Ann.
06:34Right.
06:35And out of the five men.
06:37Winai was released.
06:39For unknown reasons.
06:41But I guess there wasn't enough evidence on him.
06:44So he was released.
06:45However, the other four men.
06:47Because they made statements and testimonies.
06:50That seemed enough for the police to be like.
06:53Okay.
06:54You are guilty.
06:55So they were all actually sentenced to death in 1990.
06:591990.
07:00Okay.
07:01Yeah.
07:02So the case happened in 1986.
07:04And they were all sentenced to death in 1990.
07:06But during that period of time.
07:08Of course, they were like in jail.
07:10Right.
07:11Until the verdict was made.
07:13Sorry.
07:14Out of the five men.
07:15The latch got out of it.
07:17Yeah.
07:18Only the partner.
07:19Okay.
07:20Only the partner.
07:21Okay.
07:22Yeah.
07:23And after they were all sentenced to death.
07:24After the verdict was made.
07:25The rest of the world seemed to like.
07:27Forgot about this case.
07:28Thinking you know.
07:29Justice have been served.
07:30And everyone moved on.
07:31But this is where the story actually took a turn.
07:34Because in 1988.
07:37The Crime Suppression Division.
07:40Actually wrote a secret letter.
07:42To the Samut Prangkan Police.
07:44Stating that they actually had enough evidence.
07:47Indicating that the four men on trial.
07:50Were actually not involved in the murder.
07:53So they received a tip.
07:55That said that you know.
07:57The four men were actually not involved.
07:59Okay.
08:00But guess what?
08:02The police didn't care about the letter.
08:06And they carried on with the case.
08:08So because the letter was received in 1988.
08:12They were actually still convicted in 1990.
08:14Yes.
08:15So basically no one cared.
08:18That they might have been innocent.
08:21But ultimately at the end.
08:23The Supreme Court finally decided.
08:27And declared that the men were innocent.
08:30So they were all set free in 1993.
08:33But that was seven years after they went to jail.
08:36So they still served jail time for seven years.
08:39Even though they were innocent.
08:41Wait.
08:42I thought they were served to death.
08:44Yeah.
08:45They were sentenced to death.
08:46But when you're sentenced to death.
08:47You don't get immediately killed.
08:49Like you wait.
08:50There's a death row.
08:52Where you wait in line to get killed.
08:54Oh okay.
08:55It's like a.
08:56Alright.
08:57Yeah.
08:58Although they were released.
08:59Due to the harsh prison conditions.
09:03Most of them.
09:04They suffered a lot in jail.
09:06Yeah.
09:07And they died before they could actually.
09:09Taste true freedom.
09:11Oh okay.
09:12So Lung Karam.
09:15Actually passed away in 1991.
09:17Due to a heart attack in jail.
09:19Oh.
09:20So he died in jail.
09:21Before he could get out.
09:22Okay.
09:23And Pitak.
09:24Passed away a few months.
09:26Just a few months after he was released.
09:28Due to tuberculosis.
09:30That he contracted in jail.
09:32Okay.
09:33Right.
09:34And Tawad passed away in 1999.
09:36And the only survivor.
09:38Who survived all the way until 2012.
09:41Was Kerasi.
09:43But he was actually beaten.
09:45Badly beaten in jail.
09:47Oh.
09:48So he was actually crippled.
09:51Because there was.
09:52He suffered from severe spine injuries.
09:55Oh no.
09:56Yeah.
09:57So I mean.
09:58He suffered and then.
10:00He came out still.
10:02You're in a wheelchair for life.
10:04Yeah.
10:05Right.
10:06That's not great.
10:07So after they were released.
10:09Re-investigation started in 1995.
10:12And that was because.
10:15The Crime Suppression Division.
10:17Of the Royal Thai Police.
10:19Actually found discrepancies.
10:21In the initial investigation.
10:23So the new investigation.
10:25Found out that all four men.
10:27They were coerced.
10:29To make false confessions.
10:31So they didn't do it.
10:32But the police force kind of.
10:35Pushed them into saying like.
10:37Yes.
10:38I committed the murder.
10:40Oh my gosh.
10:41Did they get any money out of it?
10:42Or nothing at all?
10:43They did.
10:44Okay.
10:45We'll go into how much they get later.
10:46Alright.
10:47But to me it's like.
10:48Does money really equal to a life?
10:51But the thing is.
10:52I feel like.
10:53There's probably more to it.
10:54And now I really want to know.
10:56Right.
10:57Yeah.
10:58Probably one of their family members.
11:00Also.
11:01Did a crime.
11:03And then.
11:04They are trying to like.
11:06Save that family member.
11:08By.
11:09Just saying.
11:10Yeah.
11:11I did it.
11:12Right.
11:13It could be that.
11:14Like they were trying to protect someone.
11:15Essentially.
11:16The supposed witness.
11:17Also.
11:18Who.
11:19You know.
11:20The supposed witness.
11:21Who say that.
11:22He saw Sherry Ann being.
11:23Abducted by the four men.
11:25He was actually.
11:26Intimidated by the police.
11:27To give.
11:28A false testimony of events.
11:30Okay.
11:31Which actually never happened.
11:32So he actually never saw.
11:34A girl getting abducted.
11:36Okay.
11:37But you know how.
11:38When someone tries to lead you.
11:40Into a conversation.
11:41Yeah.
11:42They have the answer in their mind.
11:44And they want you to say the answer.
11:45Yeah.
11:46They are manipulating you.
11:47Yes.
11:48Exactly.
11:49So that was what happened.
11:50Right.
11:51And.
11:52So in 1996.
11:53Yeah.
11:54After the four men were released.
11:55After the new investigations.
11:57Kicked in.
11:58They started focusing on this woman.
12:00Called.
12:01Sui Boon.
12:02Patpong Panitin.
12:03Okay.
12:04Let's call her.
12:05Sui Boon.
12:06Okay.
12:07Right.
12:08Her father was actually very rich.
12:09And quite well known in the area.
12:11She.
12:12Was then convicted.
12:13Together with.
12:14Two other hit men.
12:16Yeah.
12:17Because.
12:18Allegedly.
12:19She hired them.
12:20To kill Sherry Ann.
12:21Right.
12:22So.
12:23It's a whole new thing now.
12:24So they focus on the four men.
12:25Now.
12:26The four men released.
12:27Now they are focusing on this.
12:28Girl.
12:29This lady.
12:30And.
12:31The supposed motive.
12:32Was because.
12:33Sherry Ann had an affair with her partner.
12:35Her partner was.
12:37Vinil.
12:38Vinai.
12:39Vinai.
12:40Vinai.
12:41Okay.
12:42And how old.
12:43Do you know how old is this lady?
12:44I guess.
12:45Around his age.
12:46Okay.
12:47Yeah.
12:48So she's not.
12:49As young as.
12:50Sherry Ann.
12:51Okay.
12:52Right.
12:53Yeah.
12:54So the supposed motive.
12:55Was that Sherry Ann had an affair with.
12:56Vinai's partner.
12:57Not Vinai's partner.
12:58Sui Boon's partner.
12:59Vinai.
13:00And.
13:01She planned to take revenge on her.
13:02That was the motive.
13:03Wait.
13:04So Sherry Ann.
13:05Is the one that.
13:06Had an affair with.
13:07Vinai.
13:08Betraying.
13:09Sui Boon.
13:10Yes.
13:11Okay.
13:12Yeah.
13:13So.
13:14Because you know.
13:15Just now you mentioned about.
13:16The age gap.
13:1716 and 41.
13:18Okay.
13:19So it's because this guy.
13:20Actually already.
13:21Allegedly had a partner.
13:22Sui Boon.
13:23Right.
13:24Okay.
13:25But there was not.
13:26Enough evidence.
13:27So.
13:28The court found her.
13:29Not guilty in 1999.
13:30And she was released.
13:31And what about the two hitmen?
13:32The two hitmen.
13:33Actually ended up.
13:34In jail.
13:35Okay.
13:36I think they did serve.
13:37For a while.
13:38Okay.
13:39But.
13:40It was all alleged.
13:41This case.
13:42A lot of things.
13:43Was kept very secretive.
13:44So no one actually knew.
13:45Exactly what happened.
13:46Okay.
13:47Right.
13:48So the case came to.
13:49A dead end.
13:50At the end.
13:51The aftermath of this case.
13:52Was that the police.
13:53Officer.
13:54Who initially.
13:55Led the investigation.
13:56His name was called.
13:57Mong Kol.
13:58He was.
13:59Actually discharged.
14:00From his role.
14:01After they found.
14:02Evidence of him.
14:03Forging evidence.
14:04Okay.
14:05Like.
14:06Fabricating those.
14:07Evidence.
14:08You know.
14:09Like.
14:10Getting people.
14:11To say things that.
14:12They didn't actually do.
14:13Now he was.
14:14Wanted in court.
14:15Okay.
14:16But.
14:17He fled to the US.
14:18Secretly.
14:19Okay.
14:20So.
14:22And he was never convicted.
14:23For his actions.
14:24And now he's still.
14:25Probably alive.
14:26He's still probably alive.
14:27Somewhere.
14:28Right.
14:29Okay.
14:30Wait.
14:31Now I want to know.
14:32The relationship between.
14:33Him.
14:34And the girl.
14:35The Sui Boon.
14:36We will get there.
14:37When we get into our theories.
14:38We are getting there soon.
14:39Okay.
14:40Their relationship.
14:41Is very very complicated.
14:42Yes.
14:43But.
14:44So far.
14:45What you need.
14:46To know now is.
14:47Okay.
14:48So we have.
14:49Sui Boon.
14:50Who.
14:51Allegedly was the partner of.
14:52Wai Nai.
14:53Right.
14:54And Wai Nai was having.
14:55An alleged affair.
14:56With.
14:57Sherry Ann.
14:58So that's.
14:59The true relationship now.
15:00Later.
15:01Mongkol.
15:02Will come into the picture.
15:03Yes.
15:04Okay.
15:05So.
15:06The aftermath.
15:07For the victim.
15:08Sherry Ann.
15:09And the wrongly accused man.
15:10Because of them.
15:11Actually.
15:12This story brought.
15:13In a lot of.
15:14Improvement.
15:15In the justice system.
15:16Okay.
15:18Like.
15:19Such as.
15:20The changes.
15:21How they treat.
15:22Suspects.
15:23And also.
15:24Some changes.
15:25In the law.
15:26So.
15:27The damaged parties.
15:28Actually.
15:29Will get.
15:3015 to 20 percent.
15:31Compensation.
15:32But.
15:33Until now.
15:34A lot of people.
15:35Still don't know much.
15:36About this law.
15:37So.
15:38People who get.
15:39Falsely convicted.
15:40Still.
15:41Some of them.
15:42Haven't gotten.
15:43Compensation.
15:44Okay.
15:45So.
15:46Some of them.
15:47Haven't gotten.
15:48Compensation yet.
15:49Because they don't know.
15:50Of such law existed.
15:51But 15 to 20 percent.
15:52Is very little.
15:53It's not a lot.
15:54It's not a lot.
15:55It's not a lot.
15:56But it's 15 to 20 percent.
15:57Of what?
15:58Do you know?
15:59But I think it's.
16:00Depends on the severity.
16:02Of the crime.
16:03So.
16:04I guess it's.
16:05I guess it's the.
16:06How much.
16:07They had to pay.
16:08For a lawyer.
16:09Or how much they were.
16:10Yeah.
16:11Or maybe like.
16:12How long you've.
16:13Like.
16:14Been in jail.
16:15Yeah.
16:16Fine for it.
16:17And that's like 15 to 20 percent.
16:18Of that fine.
16:19Let's say.
16:20Yeah.
16:21It's.
16:22Yeah.
16:23Probably that.
16:24Right.
16:25And.
16:26The wrongly accused man.
16:27Actually.
16:28A lot of people.
16:29Say that.
16:30They were just scapegoats.
16:31In this case.
16:32Yes.
16:33Right.
16:34Like.
16:35They were just.
16:36There.
16:37Wrong place.
16:38At the wrong time.
16:39And.
16:40They got.
16:41Coerced into.
16:42This whole situation.
16:43So.
16:44The compensation ringgit.
16:45Is about.
16:463 million ringgit.
16:47For.
16:48Per person.
16:49Per person.
16:50Okay.
16:51Wait.
16:52Actually.
16:53So.
16:54Did Wainai get it?
16:55I don't think so.
16:56Because he was considered.
16:57Like.
16:58As a.
16:59Yeah.
17:00But.
17:01Because he was never in jail.
17:02Oh.
17:03Okay.
17:04Yeah.
17:05So.
17:06I don't.
17:07Think he got.
17:08Any compensation.
17:09But the four men.
17:10Because some of them.
17:11Have already passed away.
17:12Yeah.
17:13So.
17:14It's more like a.
17:15It's like a.
17:16Case of.
17:17Am I.
17:18Only worth.
17:19This much.
17:20Is my life.
17:21Only worth 3 million.
17:22Right.
17:23You know.
17:24You give me 3 million.
17:25But you ruin my entire life.
17:26Yeah.
17:27But also depends on how old you are.
17:28True.
17:29If you're like 70.
17:30True.
17:31But they were.
17:32Between the age of 30.
17:33To 45.
17:34So.
17:35It's still a working class.
17:36Like.
17:37They still.
17:38Had a chance.
17:39To work.
17:40Yes.
17:41And earn money.
17:42On the other hand.
17:43Sherry Ann's death.
17:44Has.
17:45Was the driving force.
17:46To a lot of.
17:47Political change.
17:48In the country.
17:49So.
17:50Sherry Ann's parents.
17:51Put her to rest.
17:52By cremating.
17:53Her body.
17:54In 2001.
17:55Even though.
17:56Initially.
17:57They did say.
17:58That they would wait.
17:59Until the killer.
18:00Or killers.
18:01Were found.
18:02Wait.
18:03But how long.
18:04Was she.
18:05Dead for already.
18:06By that time.
18:07So.
18:08Her body was found.
18:09In 2001.
18:10So.
18:11Her body was found.
18:12In 1986.
18:13Right.
18:14So.
18:15They only cremated her.
18:16In 2001.
18:175 years later.
18:18No.
18:19More than that.
18:2015 years.
18:21Oh my gosh.
18:22Yeah.
18:23So.
18:24She probably.
18:25Wasn't in peace.
18:26Like.
18:27Yeah.
18:28Yeah.
18:29Right.
18:30It's really sad.
18:31But.
18:32Yeah.
18:33So.
18:34They finally put her.
18:35To rest.
18:36Now.
18:37Let's go into our theories.
18:38So.
18:39It's rumored.
18:40To have covered up.
18:41The identities.
18:42Of the.
18:43Killers.
18:44That.
18:45Who murdered.
18:46Sherry Ann.
18:47Right.
18:48And.
18:49At that time.
18:50Because the.
18:51Thai.
18:52Police were actually.
18:53Known to be.
18:54Corrupted.
18:55And they received.
18:56Bribes.
18:57Very easily.
18:58I mean.
18:59Nowadays.
19:00It's still going on.
19:01But.
19:02At that point of time.
19:03It was very severe.
19:04And.
19:05The Mongkol.
19:06Might have gotten.
19:07You know.
19:08I mean.
19:09Just.
19:10Shove it one side.
19:11Cover up the case.
19:12End of story.
19:13Yes.
19:14Right.
19:15And another thing is that.
19:16So.
19:17We are back to Sui Boon.
19:18Yeah.
19:19So.
19:20It was alleged.
19:21That Sui Boon.
19:22Might have been involved.
19:23Like.
19:24She actually.
19:25Was involved in the case.
19:26Yes.
19:27And Mongkol.
19:28Might have took.
19:29A bribe.
19:30From her.
19:31As he might have wanted.
19:32To build connections.
19:33With her family.
19:34Because you know.
19:35Her father is wealthy.
19:36Right.
19:37And another thing is also.
19:38Mongkol.
19:39And Sui Boon.
19:40Had an affair.
19:41Allegedly.
19:42Yes.
19:43I'm definitely.
19:44Leaning towards that.
19:45Yeah.
19:46So.
19:47Allegedly.
19:48They had an affair.
19:49And in order to get.
19:50To.
19:51The father's good side.
19:52Yes.
19:53He.
19:54She married.
19:55Wainai.
19:56No.
19:57It's more like.
19:58She and.
19:59Mongkol.
20:00I think.
20:01Started.
20:02Building.
20:03Like a relationship.
20:04And so.
20:05Mongkol.
20:07Sui Boon's father.
20:08Yes.
20:09So what he did was.
20:10Okay.
20:11I cover up the case.
20:12Then.
20:13You know.
20:14I don't tell anyone.
20:15Then.
20:16I get on your good side.
20:17I might be able to marry your.
20:18Daughter.
20:19Kind of thing.
20:20But then.
20:21There's still Wainai though.
20:22Then.
20:23He should.
20:24She should have killed Wainai.
20:25Instead of Sherry Ann.
20:26But we don't know whether.
20:27She was actually the one.
20:28True.
20:29Who killed.
20:30Sherry Ann.
20:31Right.
20:32Like.
20:33I don't know.
20:34She's just a bit.
20:36Yeah.
20:37There's something going on.
20:38But.
20:39Not too sure.
20:40Right.
20:41Ultimately.
20:42The whole case.
20:43Came down to.
20:44Everything happened.
20:45Yep.
20:46Due to.
20:47Money and greed.
20:48Yes.
20:49Power corruption.
20:50Yes.
20:51And also.
20:52A malfunction justice system.
20:53Yes.
20:54Right.
20:55Come down to that.
20:56Yeah.
20:57So.
20:58What do you think about this case?
20:59Do you have any theories?
21:00And also.
21:01Do you.
21:02Who do you think the killer.
21:03Or killers.
21:04I definitely think.
21:05Swee Boon.
21:06Probably killed.
21:07It made sense for me.
21:08That Swee Boon kills.
21:09Sherry.
21:10Even though she.
21:11Kind of.
21:12Got hitmen to kill her.
21:13But then.
21:14She's the main person.
21:15But also.
21:16I'm also not sure.
21:17Like.
21:18What did Wainai do.
21:19Throughout this whole thing.
21:20You know.
21:21Right.
21:22Yeah.
21:23Cause it's like.
21:24He.
21:25Didn't really help his.
21:26The people that was.
21:27Working for him.
21:28And then.
21:29It's like.
21:30He also kind of just.
21:31Died.
21:32Like not died.
21:33But like.
21:34Yeah.
21:35Like.
21:36Went into the background.
21:37Yeah.
21:38Yeah.
21:39When he is supposed to be like.
21:40Fighting.
21:41If I.
21:42I mean.
21:43Yeah.
21:44If it was me.
21:45And I had like.
21:46And my partner died.
21:47For no reason.
21:48I would definitely like.
21:49Stand up and like.
21:50Try to find out.
21:51But he just kind of.
21:52Dissolved into the background.
21:53So.
21:54I'm guessing.
21:55He also might be the one.
21:56Interesting.
21:57Interesting.
21:58Yes.
21:59And then Monggo.
22:00Monggo.
22:01That one.
22:02Yeah.
22:03I mean.
22:04If not.
22:05He wouldn't have.
22:06Run away all the way.
22:07To the US.
22:08Yeah.
22:09Yeah.
22:10And then he just like.
22:11He's probably heavily living.
22:12With all his money.
22:13Wealth.
22:14Probably.
22:15Yeah.
22:16Yeah.
22:17Yeah.
22:18Actually.
22:19About this case.
22:20There's actually.
22:21A documentary.
22:22Oh.
22:23Yeah.
22:24You can actually.
22:25Watch it online.
22:26It's based on this story.
22:27The relationships.
22:28Of everyone.
22:29Is a bit more intertwined.
22:30Yes.
22:31So.
22:32I'm sure there's.
22:33A lot of things.
22:34A lot of layers.
22:35That we have not.
22:36Uncovered.
22:37But.
22:38Yeah.
22:39This is.
22:40The main gist of the story.
22:41Oh.
22:42Okay.
22:43But at the same.
22:44But until now.
22:45Have they really.
22:46Found out.
22:47Who the killer is.
22:48Or it's just.
22:49Allegedly.
22:50Alleged.
22:51So.
22:52Sherry Ann's murder.
22:53Actually showed.
22:54How dark.
22:55And filled.
22:56The justice system was.
22:57And while the real criminals.
22:58Escaped.
22:59Innocent people.
23:00The killers.
23:01Or the killer.
23:02Could still be roaming.
23:03Around the streets.
23:04Waiting for another chance.
23:05To strike again.
23:06That's how scary.
23:07Life is.
23:08Yep.
23:09Thank you for listening to.
