00:00This Thursday, July 18, we celebrate the 10th Bootcamp, a space to celebrate what our body is capable of doing.
00:07We started with a nutrition masterclass in which Ale Romero debunked several myths,
00:12followed by a class of HIIT taught by Karo Tripp, in which the only important thing was to move at our own pace and capacity.
00:19This Bootcamp was the ideal place to give our 15 special guests tools to strengthen mind, soul and body.
00:26After moving our bodies and appreciating everything they can do for us,
00:30guests like Mati Alvarez and Daniela Aedo enjoyed a pleasant, productive day,
00:36in which they lived a wellness day in every way.
00:39With a delicious brunch post-workout and a laugh session with the stand-up of Diona Covarrubias,
00:45we closed a perfect and wellness day, focused on physical, mental health and female empowerment.
