00:07The stars certainly aligned when Todd Ramquist and Carolinda first met.
00:11We're visual artists and have been together since 7th grade.
00:15We started calling ourselves the Whimsy Twins
00:17basically because we spend almost 24 hours a day together.
00:21The artwork that we were making was of a whimsical nature.
00:24Whimsy Twins just kind of stuck.
00:27They kind of look alike, except they don't have the mustache.
00:31Just west of Tampa, Florida, sits the sleepy seaside town of Safety Harbor
00:35where the Whimsy Twins bought their forever home in 1987.
00:39Welcome to Whimsyland!
00:41And started building their magnum opus.
00:44Just because there's so much in the yard and so much inspiration we bring back to the property,
00:49we just kind of thought Whimsyland was a good encapsulation of everything.
