00:40that enters the waterways of Navotas and Malabon,

02:03Because even the other streets that are not flooded yet, there will be excess water.

02:10In Navotas, there were four to five barangays flooded at first,

02:14but the barangay Tanza was the most affected if the navigational gate is there.

02:18Hopefully, it won't happen again.

02:21But if the storm follows, there will be more affected.

02:27Pumping stations are working again to help in reducing the flood.
