00:09And live from Dagupan City, we are joined live by Claire La Carinao of GMA Digital TV. Claire?

00:20Yes, Connie, there are still strong rains and floods in some parts of Dagupan City, even in some nearby towns.

00:31On top of the flood, on the second floor of their house,

00:35Lola Milagros and her grandchildren are staying in Barangay Talibao in Calasio, Pangasinan.

00:40And to go out, they continue on the road to Bobong.

00:44The flood is deep, so we cannot go out. We are here on top, we are cooking here on top.

00:53Are they used to it?

00:54Not only this year, there will be a house like this for a month.

00:59The Marusay-Sinucalan River, which flows through Calasio and the town of Santa Barbara,

01:05is at 7 feet deep as of 9 a.m. and is almost 8.5 feet critical level.

01:12The Santa Barbara MDRRMO has already removed the flood-stricken areas, such as the water lilies,

01:18which came from other towns.

01:21The water level is high. It was heavy last night.

01:24So I don't know how long the water level dropped from there.

01:31We might be affected.

01:33Payas Creek also flooded and flooded up to Binti in Barangay Anolid of Mangaldan, Pangasinan.

01:39The residents living near Bukirin and Creek were also affected.

01:42Up to here in Tuhon, my clothes are all wet.

01:46This is probably the reason why the water can't flow fast to the Sinucalan River

01:55because of the emburnal that was placed. It's a bit scary.

02:00The riverside of Barangay Poblacion Lingay in Pangasinan has been flooded for two days already.

02:05That's why the residents are using chairs.

02:08It's hard. We are afraid that the water will come. You won't be able to sleep.

02:14It's hard, especially if you have to cook.

02:17Many people were evacuated to Dagupan City and are living in modular tents.

02:24It's bad because I can't work in the parlour.

02:28Of course, it's hard for my children.

02:30Others, such as Jerus and her seven-month-old daughter Sanggola, fled here before the house was flooded.

02:37Aside from Dagupan, seven towns in Pangasinan were also affected by the flood.

02:42The low-lying areas near the rivers were flooded.

02:48Almost Php 100 million was spent in bad times in the agriculture and infrastructure of the province.

03:00Connie, the people of City Hall in the barangay are still moving around,

03:05like here in Barangay Maluod, Dagupan City, where 12 families have already fled.
