00:00I seek refuge with Allah from Satan, the accursed one.
00:04Of the 5,125 places that have been offered to the MCI,
00:131,038 have already been sent.
00:18Today, we will send two groups to China.
00:25In the near future, we will have 200.
00:28What is important here is how we translate
00:33the form of cooperation in the BRI,
00:36the Build and Road Initiative,
00:39where we have been visited by Prime Minister Li Chang.
00:47He was very excited with the speed
00:52in receiving the offers from China in Tibet.
00:58Although the 5,125 places were announced in May,
01:11before that, only 2,000 places had been set up for us.
01:18With this increase, I have given the opportunity
01:23to students from China, India, Sabah, Sarawak,
01:30and other countries to be sent.
01:33The purpose is to provide the students with the opportunity
01:40to get closer.
01:43I would like to thank TANG International Education,
01:50CHERI, and PTP for their quick response to this program.
01:59PTP, for example, took hundreds of students
02:04to China to work with them.
02:07CHERI also took the students we sent,
02:17and all the students we sent to China
02:21received 100% employment from CHERI.
02:29I would like to inform you that there is a Memorandum of Agreement
02:34between the International Tibet Conference
02:38and the industry players.
02:42There are 1,383 companies that have signed
02:48to take jobs from Tibet at various levels.
02:57This means that the employment guarantee
03:00with this premium salary has been done by the government
03:04together with the industry players.
03:07Of course, China, TANG, CHERI, BIFANG,
03:14and many other institutions will provide opportunities
03:22for students from Tibet to get employment
03:28and to acquire technical and vocational education
03:36in the new field, such as IOT, AI, and robotics,
03:46as well as e-vehicle development in China.
