00:00 We have decided that a Tibet recruitment unit, known as UP_Tibet,
00:22 has been established to conduct a recruitment survey of 1,334 Tibetans across the country
00:34 based on the choice of participants, i.e. what course they are interested in and the name of the Tibetan institution.
00:43 This is to avoid any mismatches in the recruitment process.
01:03 The recruitment survey will begin on 30 October.
01:13 The second thing we decided to do is to establish a course based on high-tech,
01:21 including renewable energy and courses that involve the demand from the energy market,
01:32 especially from foreign investors in this country.
01:37 This is done so that the investors can recruit skilled workers
01:45 and train them to be able to be imported to the relevant companies.
01:52 We also translated the suggestions of the Prime Minister
02:01 on the renewable energy and the industrial strategy plan
02:10 and stated that both areas will provide 3.5 million jobs from now until 2030.
02:26 I have instructed the Secretariat of the State of Tibet to create a roadmap
02:41 to translate the basic principles of the state of Tibet from the 1.0 to 2030.
02:54 The same plan will be implemented from the 2.0 to 2050.
03:03 We have to get out of the conventional Tibetan training.
03:12 We want to create jobs and entrepreneurship through the Tibetan courses.
03:19 The training is very important because the market cap has increased by 92%.
03:32 The 7.5% increase is due to the higher level of training and professional training.
03:47 This shows that the Tibetan education system should be the main choice
03:52 as opposed to the academic education system through non-Tibetan or non-engineering courses.
04:03 We feel that this is the future to address the problem of unemployment.
04:21 We have taken proactive action to raise funds for the tuition fees in Tibet.
04:34 We have raised funds for the tuition fees in Tibet.
04:58 This is being done by the Ministry of Human Resources.
05:04 We will implement this through other ministries,
05:08 through the Tibetan agencies and institutions through the courses that are structured according to the market cap.
05:16 Thank you.
