00:00The companies are moving quite massively lately, from the data we have, from our, let's say,
00:12from the company that owns Great Places to Work in the United States, so UKG, they tell us
00:16that in 2024 there is a plus 15% of, let's say, business linked to HR or HR tools, so
00:26even from our side we are seeing a great increase in the demand, in 2000, pre-pandemic, we worked
00:36more or less with 200 companies in Italy, today we are on 450, to give a number, even
00:42worldwide, objectively we are around 24,000 organizations every year, so objectively
00:50the organizations are getting closer to this world, even in Italy, although, alas, from
00:56a research that we have just finished, among other things, that we have not even published yet,
01:01so it is a preview, the data of the trust of Italian employees towards their leaders
01:09and their organizations are very, very low, in Europe, alas, we are in the last place
01:14and therefore it is true that it is increasing, but there is still a lot to work on, let's say.
01:20The three main elements on which to work that emerge from our work experience surveys
01:26are, first of all, the part of diversity, today there is great attention in the world
01:33on differences within the workplace, in Italy there is great attention on
01:40discrimination against men and women, and therefore the whole world, meritocracy, recognition
01:47towards differences within demographies is quite important.
01:53It should not always be forgotten that we have some management problems, in the sense that
02:02the credibility towards management is not as high as in Northern Europe, and above all
02:07equity problems, these are the three arguments that, alas, for a few years we have registered
02:14to be quite low compared to the others in Europe.
02:17The more satisfied staff also improves, let's say, the happiness of shareholders and managers.
02:24These are researches that we have published for so many years that sometimes I wonder
02:29why we should spend time explaining this thing, but it often happens.
02:35Our American colleagues have been publishing research for, I believe, 20 years on the correlation
02:41between, let's say, happiness at work and value of the organization, and from the latest analysis
02:47the relationship between the 100 best companies to work for in America and the performance index
02:571,000 and 3,000, that is, the best 1,000 and 3,000 companies for capitalization are 3.36 times.
03:04That is, the shareholder performance of the companies in which people invest is three times
03:10the average of the best in America.
03:14In our case, we also do research of this kind on the performance of invoicing, and we have
03:21noticed that in the last 11 years the companies we award in the ranking have grown by 183%,
03:28while the average index of states, industries and services has grown by 12%.
03:34And so, if I make an annual average, it comes out 15% against 1%.
03:41I would say that the data is quite self-explaining.
