Beef pasande

Ingredients:
- 500 grams beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, and salt.
2. Marinate the beef slices in this mixture for at least 2 hours or overnight for better flavor.
3. Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated beef slices. Cook on medium heat until the beef is tender and cooked through.
4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
