Samaan:
- 500 gram mutton, kata hua
- 2 pyaaz, bareek kata hua
- 2 tamatar, bareek kata hua
- 2 chammach adrak-lehsun ka paste
- 1 chammach dhaniya powder
- 1/2 chammach haldi powder
- 1 chammach lal mirch powder
- 1/2 chammach garam masala powder
- Namak swaad anusar
- 3 chammach tel
- Hara dhaniya, garnish ke liye
Vidhi:
1. Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur usmein pyaaz ko sunehre hone tak bhunein.
2. Ab adrak-lehsun ka paste aur tamatar daalein. Halki aanch par pakayein jab tak tamatar gal na jayein.
3. Ab dhaniya powder, haldi powder, lal mirch powder, aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein.
4. Mutton ko is masale mein daal kar acche se bhunein, jab tak mutton gal na jayein.
5. Ab paani daal kar dhakkan band kar dein aur halki aanch par pakayein, jab tak mutton naram na ho jaye.
6. Garam masala powder daal kar mix karein aur 2-3 minute aur pakayein.
7. Hara dhaniya se sajayein aur garam-garam serve karein.
