00:17My name is Madeline Dean.

00:18I'm a member of Congress.

00:24Philly suburbs.

00:26I see some of my friends here.

00:29I'm a member of Congress.

00:31I've been a member of Congress

00:33for six and a half years in the

00:35Pennsylvania House.

00:36In the seat, I might remind you,

00:38that was Josh Shapiro's.

00:40Lucky me.

00:42But now I have been five and a

00:44half years in Congress.

00:46I have had the opportunity, the

00:48honor, the historic honor of

00:50serving alongside this

00:51president for three and a half

00:53of those years.

00:55What an amazing run.

00:57I can tell you close up and

00:59personally, the contrast

01:00couldn't be greater.

01:01I served two years before you

01:03became president with the former

01:05guy.

01:06They were very dark days in our

01:08country.

01:09We cannot go back.

01:11It would only be worse.

01:13And I always say to people, we

01:15have two people who would be the

01:17nominees for president.

01:19We've seen them both perform as

01:21president.

01:22One with utter integrity,

01:24intellect, experience, wisdom.

01:27A heart bigger than all of the

01:29commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

01:31And the other, so seeded with

01:37corruption, self-serving,

01:41corrosiveness, criminality,

01:45self-serving to the core,

01:47doesn't know service at all.

01:49He knows only service to

01:51himself.

01:52So take a look at this.

01:55I know you all know it.

01:57But this man knows exactly what

01:59he's doing.

02:00And we cannot risk going back.

02:02I see signs back here about our

02:04freedoms, our democracy.

02:06Remember, all of the freedoms

02:08you're fighting for that we are

02:10fighting for stem from our

02:12democracy.

02:13I was there on January the 6th.

02:15I was taken out in a gas mask.

02:17I didn't know where we were

02:19going or who would be harmed or

02:21killed.

02:22I watched as Trump supporters

02:25incited by that president went

02:27to the Capitol and used Trump

02:29flags and grotesquely used

02:31American flags to beat police

02:34officers, to maim them.

02:36Five then died.

02:39Democracy's on the line.

02:41There's no greater patriot than

02:43Joe Biden to serve us.
