At his campaign rally in Wildwood, New Jersey, on Saturday, former President Trump railed against President Biden.

00:00 of them for a long time. When a politician comes out with a policy and then they run
00:05 in an election and they go back and say what they have to say to get elected, they always
00:10 go back to that original policy. And you know what this guy's policies are. They are bad.
00:15 They are really bad. And the funny thing and the sad thing is he really never changed.
00:20 He goes through like who the hell would keep an open border? Because I think it's killing
00:25 him in the election. Now, I may be wrong. Maybe this is a great political thing to have
00:29 millions of prisoners and mental institution people come in. Maybe it's a good thing. Maybe
00:35 I don't understand. Maybe we all don't. Is there anything good about that politically?
00:39 Is there anything good about high mortgage rates and high taxes? Your taxes are going to go up four
00:46 times if this lunatic is elected. It's going to go up. And by the way, I have to say this.
00:51 I have great respect for the office of the presidency. I never used to talk about Biden
00:57 this way until he did something that you can't do. He indicted a very popular president. I mean,
01:05 I was very popular. I got more votes than any other president in history. You know that I got
01:09 more votes than any other city president in history. On made up charges and nonsense, you
01:21 see what's going on, all nonsense. It's got local DA's doing it. But the local DA's are
01:26 running out of Washington and having meetings in Washington. They'll do anything to win. They
01:30 think that that's going to win. It's not going to win. And it's really backfired. In fact,
01:34 I heard they were going to do a couple of other things. And they said from Washington, don't do
01:38 it. Please don't do it. We're indicting him into the White House. He's going to be indicted into
01:42 the White House. They said, don't do it. But I have to tell you, though, I was and am in awe of
01:50 the office. I think it's one of the great places, great institutions, so important. But I have
01:57 great respect for the office of the president, for the presidency of the United States.
02:02 And I used to talk about him like a politician would talk. I'd say he's not doing a good job
02:07 on taxes. He's not doing a good job on many, many things. Look at Afghanistan. It was such a
02:12 disaster, most embarrassing moment. But I talk about it as a politician would talk about another
02:18 politician. And now he did something that shouldn't have been done. I got indicted four times in a
02:27 period of about three seconds. Any time there's a plane that flies over, if my plane flies over a
02:34 blue state, the following day I get subpoenaed to go before a grand jury. OK? No, he did something
02:41 you don't do. You do that in third world countries and banana republics. It's not like it's unknown.
02:46 And probably in many cases it's very effective. But they do it in banana republics. We never did
02:51 it here. I could have pressed Hillary a lot harder. You know, she broke up her phone. She
02:55 broke them up. She acid washed them. Bit bleach, right? Bit bleach. Nobody even knows what it is.
03:01 So expensive. But I thought, I really thought, you know what, you got to have a country. But I'll
03:11 tell you what, what he did was just not something that should ever be done, especially when they
03:17 make up stuff. You read this crap. Why didn't they do it nine years ago, as an example? Or eight
03:25 years ago? They could have done it many, many years ago. And they waited till the election.
03:31 They waited right into the middle of the election. They even waited actually to see how I was doing.
03:37 And in all fairness, I was number one throughout the entire process. We did not have a hard time.
03:42 You know, we got it in record time. Did you know that? We got it in record time. It was the fastest
03:47 anybody has ever gotten a nomination, I think from either party, the fastest. We had normally,
03:53 if it was a normal thing, I'd be campaigning right now to try and get it. But we won it two months
03:59 ago. And nobody's ever done it with that speed. That means you like me. You don't do that to
04:05 your opponent. You don't do that to your political opponent. It's done in third world countries. It's
04:11 done in banana republic. It's not done in the United States of America. So then I said, well,
04:17 now I'm able to speak freely. And that's when I call him the most grossly incompetent man
04:22 in government, the worst president ever of any country. The whole world is laughing at him.
04:28 He's a fool. He's not a smart man. He never was. In prime time, he was considered stupid.
04:35 I talk about him differently now because now the gloves are off. He's a bad guy. Should have never
04:41 done that because it's so bad for our country. Should have never done it. But again, I'll say
04:46 it for the second time. He's by far the worst president in the history of our country. You
04:51 could take you could take I used to say five. Now I say 10. Right. I used to say I think I'm going
04:58 to make it 15. You could take the 10 worst presidents in the history of our country,
05:03 add them up. The worst presidents take him. Give me the 10 worst names. They haven't done the damage
05:08 to our country that this total moron has done. OK, he's a moron. And other country leaders who I know,
05:18 they laugh at him. They can't believe it. They can't believe what they're getting away with.
05:23 I would have never talked with that kind of disrespect for a president until he did what
05:28 you should never do. We're supposed to cherish the office of president. You don't do what he did
05:34 to try and win votes, to try and hurt your opponent so he can't win. But it had the reverse
05:41 effect. I'm higher now in the polls than I've ever been. I don't understand. I don't understand.
05:48 Good job. Good speech. Good speech. No, I'm higher now than I've ever been. And we're going to keep
05:57 it that way. And we're going to win so big. And we're going to turn this country around so fast.
06:01 We're going to do it. The biggest thing we have is we have millions of people here that are
06:06 criminals. We really I mean, they're criminals. Think of it. Venezuela just announced and they
06:14 had a new number of 67. Now it's 72 percent. 72 percent. They're down in crime because they took
06:21 their gangs, their gang members. They took a lot of their criminals and they moved them into the
06:25 United States of America. Jail populations all over the world are way down. And these
06:31 fools back there, the press, the fake news, they don't want to report it. You know why they're
06:36 down? Because they're sending people in their jails into the United States from Africa, from
06:41 Asia, from all over the world. They're emptying out their jails into the United States. They're
06:47 emptying out their mental institutions into the United States, our beautiful country. And now
06:54 the prison populations all over the world are down. They don't want to report that
06:58 the mental institution population is down because they're taking people from insane asylums and from
07:07 mental institution. You know what the difference is, right? An insane asylum is a mental institution
07:13 on steroids. Silence of the Lamb. Has anyone ever seen a silence of the Lamb? The late,
07:20 great Hannibal Lecter is a wonderful man. He oftentimes would have a friend for dinner.
07:25 Remember the last scene? Excuse me, I'm about to have a friend for dinner. Is this poor doctor?
07:30 I'm about to have a friend for dinner. But Hannibal Lecter, congratulations. The late,
07:37 great Hannibal Lecter. We have people that are being released into our country that we don't want
07:42 in our country. And they're coming in totally unchecked, totally unvetted. And we can't let
07:47 this happen. They're destroying our country. And we're sitting back and we better damn well win
07:53 this election because if we don't, our country is going to be doomed. It's going to be doomed.
