00:00Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I rise in support of the No Rogue Rulings Act.

00:05Historically, district courts' rulings only applied to the parties before the court.

00:10But over the past 15 years, district courts have increasingly asserted that their rulings apply nationwide,

00:18interfering with the legitimate Article II powers of the President of the United States.

00:23We are experiencing a constitutional crisis, a judicial coup d'etat.

00:28In February alone, district judges issued more nationwide injunctions against President Trump

00:35than against Bush, Obama, and Biden during their entire administrations.

00:41District judges from Democrat jurisdictions are preventing the President from fulfilling his duty to keep us safe.

00:50Last night, the Supreme Court called out judge shopping and reversed an order issued by a Democrat-appointed D.C. judge

00:57that blocked the Trump administration from removing violent Venezuelan drug members from our country.

01:04The Supreme Court said that this case should never have been brought in D.C., but rather in Texas,

01:10where the individuals can file individual petitions challenging their individual cases.

01:16The Supreme Court can and should reign in these rogue courts.

01:21In the meantime, the No Rogue Rulings Act rebalances the separation of powers as the Founders intended.

01:28I urge my colleagues to vote in favor of this critical legislation.
