00:00Central Australian pastoralists took advantage of the opportunities available in the Alice Springs show bull sale.
00:06There were 27 bulls offered in Hereford, Angus, Seneca, Trudas, Droughtmaster and Shirelei.
00:1324 sold under the hammer to a top of $13,500.
00:30I think the sale went really well. We had a really strong solid sale without setting any records.
00:47But overall we've got 100% clearance right now and the bulls sold really strongly.
00:54And I especially think that the well bred stud bulls sold very well for the conditions.
00:59They all presented very well. The vendors did a really great job in presenting their cattle and the bulls.
01:03It's a really hard job to bring the cattle all the way up and to present them as well as they did today.
01:08And I think they got rewarded for their effort.
01:10All the buyers are all local NT buyers and going from north to south of Alice Springs but all staying in Central Australia.
