02:03The total number of ballot papers rejected was 193.
02:14And I do hereby declare that Steve Witherton is duly elected a Member of Parliament for the Montgomeryshire and Glyndŵr constituency.
02:31I thank the family of the constituents of Montgomeryshire and Glyndŵr for what has been an election that has had some ups and downs.
02:36But it has been the honour of my life to have done the job.
