00:00Aliparlimen Muar, Syed Sadiq Syed Abdul Rahman managed to collect almost RM160,000,

00:08exceeding the target of RM100,000, which was targeted through a run called the Muar Step from Muar to Parliament.

00:16Syed Sadiq said the Muar Step, which he started since last Friday, received an overwhelming reception,

00:21with around 2,000 Malaysians making contributions in a row.

00:26Syed Sadiq said the collected funds will be used to run the Muar Parliamentary Service Centre

00:32and to provide charity to the voters in the area, including donations to students.

00:37The former young president initiated a run for four days,

00:42starting on Friday afternoon at Sultan Ibrahim Muar Bridge to the Parliament building,

00:47before setting up a public hearing.

00:50The run was also attended by the MPs Wan Ahmad Faisal and Wan Ahmad Kamal,

00:55and the MPs Putrajaya, Razi Jidin, at the last five kilometres,

00:59before arriving at the Parliament building, where other opposition MPs were welcomed.

01:04The run was carried out with opposition MPs,

01:07without the help of a total of RM20 million,

01:11even though the government has been holding the run for almost a year.
