00:07racialising an incident involving the waving of China's national flags at a parade in Telok Intan.

00:14Batu Lanchang Assemblyman Ong Ah Tiong and Bangi MP Sharidzan Johan accused Razman of fanning

00:21racial sentiments and exploiting the incident. Ong said Razman had clearly slandered Ngah Korming

00:28by claiming that he had officiated the event last week. In a separate statement, Sharidzan said

00:36Razman's criticism of the incident had clearly sowed the seeds of hatred and division among the

00:41public. Last night, Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister Thiong Khing Singh urged every party

00:48to stop overreacting to the incident, saying it might scare off potential visitors to the country.

00:55The Guangdong Cultural Association has since apologised, saying the flags were displayed

01:00by Chinese nationals attending their international Guangdong Cultural Festival.

01:06Razman criticised the event and allegedly made racial remarks at a counter-demonstration.
