Should Cowboy fans be worried about Mike McCarthy's football philosophies?

An extremely quiet Cowboys offseason got a little louder, but not for the right reasons. First came the report from Tyler Dunne that Mike McCarthy is 'fed up' over the lack of offseason movement. Then Calvin Watkins reported that McCarthy isn't quite fed up and believes the Cowboys will be better. With all this out in the open, how worried should Cowboy fans be about Mike McCarthy and his football philosophies? If he's fired next offseason, will he ever get hired again?
