Do the Cowboys have a top 5 defensive line in the NFL?

There's plenty of star power on the Cowboys' defensive line, from pass rusher supreme Micah Parsons to savvy veteran Tank Lawrence to the underrated Osa Odighizuwa. But how does it compare to some of the NFL's best? Bryan Broaddus and the GBag Nation run through PFF's list of the best defensive lines in the NFL and see how the Cowboys stack up.

00:00if you were to say who is number six would that be the Dallas Cowboys or the Indianapolis
00:22Colts mmm Colts have a much better interior I do know that Cowboys probably went on the
00:28edge because I think the Cowboys had the best edge duo and PFF rankings we talked about
00:33that with Parsons and tank so I think that'll probably put the Cowboys over the top here
00:37yeah that's probably fair it's the Forrest Buckner right with the Colts you guys sure
00:41about that yeah I'll go with the Cowboys here I'll just go devil's advocate sure give me
00:45the Colts it's Cowboys this is what they say about the Dallas Cowboys six huh number six
00:54and and and honestly the loss of some depth there yeah I think that's high that seems
01:00a little high for me but that's why I was like surprised I'm like maybe that maybe this
01:04group is better than what I think it might be well I think Osa is really really good
01:08and I think it was a fantastic 12 games yes and then faded but it's also because he's
01:12got no help yeah it's all this team cares about man 12 games just go get you just go
01:17play 12 good games and that's all we care about doesn't matter Cowboys this is what
01:22they say about the Cowboys an elite player will take you quite far on the defensive line
01:26and the Cowboys are hot this high thanks to Micah Parsons who ranked racked up excuse
01:32me 103 quarterback pressures in a regular season a year ago DeMarcus Lawrence also earned
01:40a 90 plus PFF grade thanks in large part to his run defense but Dallas is lacking depth
01:46of the teams above them and in that particular need to see growth from second year nose man
01:51Mozzie Smith is he the biggest question mark okay you mentioned the left tackle is the
01:58left tackle more of a question mark than what's going on at one technique with Mozzie Smith
02:03it's I think you've seen you're more concerned with Mozzie because it's like you've had a
02:10full season to try and figure this thing out and the Cowboys do have a pretty good track
02:13record at getting these offensive linemen squared away decently so they're both big
02:18question marks to me but I'm more optimistic about Tyler Guyton just because he hasn't given
02:23me reason to feel
