Is London property too expensive?

We ask Londoners if they think London property is unaffordable.

00:07Not everybody can afford it anymore, and even if you say you buy one,

00:11you end up paying for it for the rest of your life, until you die,

00:14and there's inheritance tax where your future also ends up paying for it.

00:21Yeah, I mean, I own a house in London, and for what it is, and for where it is,

00:28I would say it's very expensive.

00:33Same with rent as well, the knock-on effect of that.

00:37Earlier, it just used to be London, but now I feel the whole of UK has become expensive.

00:41Earlier, Birmingham, Manchester, they all used to be relatively cheaper,

00:45but I've got friends down in Southampton, Horsham, these kind of places.

00:49Still expensive everywhere, so I think it's got to do with

00:54the problems and the taxations with real estates and the rising bills.
