We ask Londoners about the recent rice to the energy price cap.
Transcript
00:00Yes, very much so.
00:04I think I'm cautious with how much energy I consume because of the bill price.
00:09So if it goes up, maybe it'll make me just like more of a saver, which I guess in the
00:13long run is good for the environment.
00:17But yeah, I would like my bill to go down actually.
00:19A lot of people in the middle class that can't even afford like groceries.
00:22So energy alone is just something that people need just to stay warm or have lights in their
00:26house.
00:27So I think that's not really a great thing for the working class to have to deal with
00:31that as well.
00:32What do you think?
00:33I think electricity is definitely like, I guess, I guess it would be a necessity.
00:38And so for companies that already make seemingly like more money than they know what to do
00:43with seems kind of, I guess, unnecessary, you know?
00:49Yeah.
00:50Yeah.
00:51I mean, I'm looking at moving house at the moment and everything is just so expensive
00:55that like it's just another thing that's like added on that's going to go up as well.
