A boss paid for her employees $21k boob job and said she will do anything to help her employees out.
Sharlene Lee, 28, has been a salon owner for 30 years and now employs 52 members of staff across two locations in Perth, Australia.
She says she does anything to support her staff members, including sponsoring them for a visa, helping them get a mortgage and buying them a car.
In April 2024, team member, Georgie Fink, had a boob job booked in and wanted to go from a size C to a double D.
Georgie rang Sharlene in a panic and told her she would have to cancel her boob job as she wouldn't get the money from the bank in time.
Sharlene told Georgie not to worry and she would loan her the $21k needed until the bank would release her cash.
Georgie, a senior stylist, said: "A week before I had to pay it, I went to the bank.
"I had all the money there, but the bank messed me around and said I had to wait 31 days.
"I thought I would have to cancel it all, rebook it and ask for more time off later in the year.
"But Sharlene put my boobs on her Amex."
Sharlene, a salon owner, from Perth, Australia, added: "Georgie called me on my weeks off and said she had to cancel her boob job.
"The bank told her she had to go through all these different protocols to get her money.
"The surgeon needed the money and she told me she would need to cancel.
"I said 'definitely f*cking not'. I borrowed the money and now she has the boobs."
Georgie, had her boob job in Australia and time off booked in April 2024.
As she was preparing for her time off, she got in touch with her bank to withdraw the $21k she had saved up.
Georgie successfully got her boob job and paid Sharlene back in full once the back gave her the money she had saved.
Sharlene said: "I have 52 team members and at the end of the day I will help anyone.
"People think their goals are far away, if I can help them achieve their goals I do.
"I wanted to give back and that is exactly what I am doing."
Sharlene's kindness doesn't stop there, she had helped team members get on the housing ladder and even get their dream car.
In 2008, Jeanette Robinson, came over to Australia on her ex-boyfriends visa and was worried she wouldn't be able to stay in Australia.
Sharlene told Jeanette not to worry and she would help her out.
She said: "Jeanette was like 'what the hell am I going to do'.
"She wasn't in a good place and I said 'don't worry Jeanette, you don't need a f*cking man - I will do it'.
"I sponsored her and she has worked with me ever since - she is a big part of the brand."
A few years ago, Jeanette spoke to Sharlene and told her how she thought she was never going to get on the housing ladder.
Sharlene said the pair should go halves on the house.
Sharlene said: "I said we should go halves on a house together and that is what we did.
"She then met her beautiful husband and they both bought me out and now they own the house.

00:00Is the money come through yet that I owed you for my boob job that you actually paid for?
00:04Yes, so you owed me $21,000.
00:08$21,000.
00:09Okay, did you put it, did you deposit it in my Bankwest or my Westpac?
00:13The Westpac account.
00:15You did on the Westpac?
00:16Yeah.
00:17Alright, so I wanted it in the Bankwest, not in the Westpac.
00:22So can you make sure that it's in the Bankwest?
00:25I'll do my best.
00:26So guys, I borrowed her $21,000.
00:31You couldn't get the $21,000 with the bank straight away.
00:36And you had your surgeon all booked, ready to go.
00:39And you weren't going to cancel.
00:41You were going to cancel your boob job.
00:42Yep, so I had the time off planned.
00:45It was all booked in and a week before I had to pay it.
00:48I went to the bank and had the money there.
00:51The bank just messed me around.
00:52I had to wait 31 days.
00:53I was going to have to cancel it all, rebook it, ask more time off later in the year.
00:59But Charlene actually put my boobs on her Amex.
01:02I owe this month on my Amex, have a look guys, $367,000, $264.
01:13Look.
01:15You can pay my mortgage off next month if you want.
01:18It's more than it.
01:19Is that, how much is your mortgage?
01:21$300.
01:22$300?
01:24Yes, next month.
01:26No, I've got bills to pay.
01:28I have to pay you.
01:29Are you joking?
01:32Guys, this is my average bill on my Amex.
01:36Okay, because I put everything.
01:38I put my bass.
01:39I put my tax.
01:40I put all my products.
01:43I put her boobs.
01:44I put a car.
01:46I even put Jeanette's car on my Amex to help my team out.
01:51But that's why my bill is that.
01:55But it's all about controlling that money.
01:59Use your Amex.
02:00You pay it off in full every month.
02:03And that's where you have to check where that $20,000 is going through.
02:07Make sure it's in my Bankwest and not the Westpac.
02:10Yeah, deal do.
02:11Done deal.
02:14What do you reckon was one of the best things I did for you?
02:18There's too many.
02:19How about when you said, I'm never going to afford to buy a house.
02:24And then I said to you, let's buy a house together.
02:26Probably if we go further back.
02:28Yes.
02:29I think you noticed that I was homesick.
02:31So you surprised me with flights home.
02:34Oh, that's right.
02:34I gave you flights to London to see your mum and dad.
02:38Oh my God, I did that.
02:40And I spent three weeks at home.
02:43And then I came back and was like, yeah, I can't ever go back to England.
02:47Oh, because I'm your mum.
02:50Then we bought the house together.
02:52I had something to work for again.
02:54Yeah.
02:54And a reason.
02:55Yeah.
02:55And a dog.
02:56And then you make a beautiful husband now.
02:59Yeah, Chris.
03:00Got married and you guys bought me out.
03:04So now we don't have a house together.
03:06That was the full intention of doing that.
03:09So it gave you a really good start.
03:11It didn't charge me an extra cent.
03:14I didn't make money on the house because I didn't want to.
03:17I just wanted to look after my beautiful daughter.
03:20A daughter that I never had.
03:22You've always looked out for everybody's personal lives.
03:25That has always been a thing for me.
03:27And I think working in the salon itself,
03:31if there's ever been something going on behind the doors,
03:34I've always made sure that they come and tell you.
03:36I feel like probably if I look over the years of why I've been there for so long
03:40and you've guided me, I'd always make sure the girls come and talk to you first.
03:44Yeah, that's right.
03:45Because you always fix it.
03:47She makes you think that you can take the world on.
03:50Oh, you can!
03:50She can!
03:51You did.
03:53Yeah, so anyone that's been around Charles knows
03:56that you think that you can take the world on once you've been around her.
04:00But tonight we're going to have a few drinks.
04:02And I think it's your first night out after having Flirt.
04:07And anyone that knows me with circles would know this is really weird
04:12that I haven't been out for over a year and a half.
04:14Because she was the party girl at Circles.
04:18We support each other.
04:19She's just priceless.
04:21Absolutely.
04:22Love you so much!
04:25Love you!
