00:00 Hello OG, I'm Xavier and welcome to the Rivera Cruz Mausoleum here in Marikina.
00:09 Originally, we have a lot here in Loyola Marikina.
00:21 And then back in 2021, binuunang parents ko itong mausoleum namin na to.
00:26 This is our first family mausoleum.
00:28 And then yung reaction namin nung una namin siyang nakita is sobra kaming natuwa,
00:33 sobra kaming nasiyahan.
00:35 Kasi alam namin na kapag kahit mula umaga hanggang gabi kami magstay dito sa mausoleum namin
00:42 na nabuo na to, is comfortable kami, very convenient para sa buong pamilya, may malinis na CR.
00:49 At alam namin na makakapag-enjoy kami ng sama-sama yung buong pamilya namin.
00:58 Siguro yung unique sa Rivera Cruz Mausoleum is yung number one is yung architectural niya,
01:05 medyo may pagka Roman or Greek inspired.
01:08 And at the same time, puting-puti siya, parang White House yung datingan.
01:12 So, pag tinignan mo sa labas, ang linis-linis talaga niya tignan.
01:16 Ever since kasi yung dad ko is medyo inspired na siya sa Roman or Greek architecture.
01:23 So, as you can see, medyo may mga pillars, may mga ganyan.
01:35 So, nung binuun namin itong mausoleum, yun talaga yung nasa vision niya,
01:40 which is medyo White House yung datingan and then Roman or Greek inspired yung architectural inspiration.
01:58 And at the same time, ito rin yung main ground namin kung saan kami nakakapag-celebrate ng mass
02:03 every time na nandito kami to celebrate their special events or mga ganyan.
02:08 And as you can see here, dito namin nilagay yung mga urns ng mga families namin na nailipat namin
02:13 from the old cemetery papunta dito sa new mausoleum na napagawa namin.
02:18 Dito yung sa mother's side ko, which is yung lolo and lola ko, as well as yung tito ko na kapatid ng mom ko.
02:25 And then dito naman is yung sa father's side, which is yung lolo and lola ko from my dad,
02:32 Ang tawag sa mausoleum namin is Rivera Cruz Mausoleum because ang family name namin is both Rivera on my mother's side
02:45 and then Cruz on my father's side.
02:47 XRC means yun yung initials naming magkakapatid kasi lahat kami X nagsa-start yung pangalan.
02:54 So lahat ng initials namin is XRC.
02:57 Isa rin sa reason kung bakit ginawa ng family namin is itong mausoleum na 'to is para i-commemorate yung buhay ng brother ko,
03:07 our eldest brother, Sander, who died in March 1999.
03:12 So pagpapasok ko yun dito, makikita nyo yung quote na nakasulat na "My spirit will fly as a very happy butterfly."
03:19 Quote yun na sinulat ng brother ko back in February 1999.
03:25 That is a month before siya namatay, nung March.
03:57 kasi yung simple letter na X ginawa niya into a butterfly and then ang nakasulat dun is "death."
04:04 And then dun sa second page ng exam which is yung explanation kung bakit death,
04:09 sinulat nyo yung quote na "My spirit will fly as a very happy butterfly."
04:26 or kung meron daw ba siyang pinaparamdam na nasakit during that time
04:34 It's about three weeks lang nung nagmanifest yun so hindi rin namin masabi.
04:38 So baka nga early premonition niya yun.
04:56 So currently ang nandito pa lang is yung lolo namin who died back in 2021.
05:04 Yung most unforgettable experience namin dito sa Mausoleum is syempre kapag undas,
05:08 sama-sama kaming buong pamilya and at the same time na-experience na rin namin matulog dito sa Mausoleum.
05:14 So last year, last undas, sama-sama kami ng mga kapatid ko na natulog dito,
05:20 nag-overnight kami.
Masayang experience.
05:26 Parang na rin kaming nag-bonding.
05:28 Ang lot size is approximately 80 square meters and then the floor size is around,
05:38 siguro for the three floors is around 200 square meters.
05:42 Pag-maintain, siyempre siguro kahit once a month napapalinis,
05:51 So yun, yun sa third floor, supposedly, initially it's a roof deck, na open air supposedly.
06:11 and then close siya ng full glass para siguro in the future,
06:19 And at the same time, another area na rin na pwedeng pagtamba yan,
06:23 kasi kitang-kita mo yung buong property ng Loyola Memorial Park from taas.
06:27 Yung importance ng Masileum na 'to, siyempre, is number one, two,
06:47 So might as well paghandaan na na kung saan mahihimlay yung bawat isang pamilya
06:54 in the future na maayos, malinis, and maganda.
07:04 Pinatayo naman namin itong Masileum, not to brag or anything,
07:09 pinatayo namin 'to for our family.
07:18 I think maganda rin siyang gawin,
