00:18Hello OG, welcome to the ground floor of our house.
00:22So upon entering, you'll be greeted by our mini foyer.
00:26The highlight of this area is our customized gold mirror.
00:30So as you can see, we're actually fond of neutral colors.
00:34We have gold, white, and beige.
00:36And over here is my trophy from Star Awards.
00:39I won the Best Lifestyle Show host.
00:41So that's why it's displayed here.
00:50Over here is our huge living area.
00:56So this is huge.
00:57Our space here in the first floor is 100 square meters.
01:00So as I said, this is non-negotiable.
01:03I need to have a huge space because I love hosting parties.
01:07I love inviting friends over and I came from a very huge family.
01:10So you can see we also have this grand staircase.
01:13It's actually the highlight of our living area.
01:16And of course, our beautiful chandelier.
01:20So this is what I really like.
01:21I said that when I'm at home, there should be a chandelier.
01:24And over here is also one of the highlights of this floor is our bronze mirror over there.
01:30So this is actually our wall accent here in the first floor.
01:34We started this year 2018.
01:36When we got engaged, we made sure to fix things like build this house, get the proper contractor, architect.
01:44So this lot was actually given to us by my mom and my dad.
01:48So it was a wedding gift.
01:50And then with our savings during that time, we had this built.
01:56This is our informal dining.
01:58So this area is where we actually eat every day.
02:02So we have our refrigerator here for our drinks, our water dispenser.
02:06So this is just a four-seater.
02:08It's just enough for us to have a couple.
02:10And of course, our TV so that when we eat, we get to watch the news or watch Netflix.
02:17And here is our cabinet or storage for our liquor, wine, and everything else.
02:23This is just a small space, but we put a lot of things here, so we're very happy.
02:28For the inspiration of this house, I just told my engineers, architect, contractors that I wanted a hotel-themed house.
02:36So basically, I just wanted to be just like my grandmothers, but in a modern way.
02:40Because my grandmother's house was very traditional, the old traditional houses.
02:43Because that was built during the 1960s.
02:46If we have the informal dining, of course, we have the formal dining.
02:51So welcome to our 10-seater formal dining area.
02:54So here, we usually use this when we have guests.
02:58And as you can see, sorry, the design is a bit lost.
03:02We have pink protective gear for baby Joaquin because of the sharp edges.
03:07So as much as possible, even if the house is not super kid-friendly, we want to make sure that baby Joaquin is safe and protected.
03:15I've come to realize after building this house, oh my gosh, the design we made is not kid-friendly.
03:22I mean, check out all of those glasses.
03:25So I'm always worried about Joaquin.
03:27And of course, our kitchen.
03:29So this is just a small kitchen.
03:31And again, this is our clean kitchen because we have a dirty kitchen outside.
03:36So usually, I do my shoots here for cooking shows.
03:39The color is different.
03:41So we want to make sure that we have a transition so that they know that this is a different area already.
03:46So here, the color is beige and black and gold.
03:49So we have our black marble countertop here, our coffee maker, our ref, water dispenser.
03:56And we have this huge storage also.
04:00This is our mini pantry.
04:02So we store our food here inside.
04:04It's messy, but yeah, this is where we actually store our food, our snacks.
04:10Here is our mini kitchen.
04:12So this is actually an 8-seater dining set.
04:15So if you just want to enjoy the cool breeze outside.
04:18And when we invite friends over, we sometimes have a party here.
04:21We have our TV set here.
04:23We also have a sauna for our swimming pool.
04:25So there, we just enjoy being outside.
04:29Going up to the second floor, you will see the master's bedroom.
04:33There's also a bathroom inside.
04:36And then two rooms.
04:38One room for Joaquin and one room for the guest.
04:41So since we're planning for baby two, we're thinking of extending or renovating the second floor with another room.
04:48So we can accommodate the guest room.

04:52But for safety reasons, I'm not going to show you our master's bedroom.

05:46Did you know that when we were building this house,
05:48Daddy Rojun wasn't really aware of it?
05:50I was the one who hands-on.
05:52But the only non-negotiable thing for Daddy Rojun was his gym.
05:57He really requested this.
05:58He said that it can't be lost.
06:00So here it is.
06:03This is our dream house.
06:04It's finally ours.
06:07And then, imagine, years of planning.
06:10And finally, we're here.
06:11Because not to mention, before settling down,
06:13Rojun and I, we've been together for 12 years prior to the wedding.
06:18So imagine, we've been planning for the longest time.
06:21And we're even saving up already for 12 years.
06:25So finally, this is it.
06:27This is our first investment together.
06:29Now, let's go to our favorite part of the house.
06:32Our theater room.

06:36So this is our theater room.
06:40It has a capacity of 8 people.
06:42So at least, everyone is comfortable when we watch a movie.
06:46So as I said, I love inviting guests over, our family and friends.
06:51So we can bond here anytime.
06:53And when we were building this, we made sure also to put lighted steps.
06:57Since my dad is a senior already, he can see the way.

07:03And this is also equipped with a sound system.

07:48because we really have a lot of things.
07:51Shoes, bags, and clothes for our shoots and tapings for work.
07:55So we made sure that we have a huge space for our walk-in closet.
07:58And this is actually a size of 50 square meters.
08:02The lot size of this house is around 400 square meters.
08:06The floor area is around 500 square meters.
08:10This is a three-level house.
08:12So three floors.
08:14We just thank the Lord for all the blessings that He has given us
08:17because we're very, very blessed to have this home.
08:20Imagine, we lived here during the pandemic,
08:23and Rojun and I were happy because we have a pool,
08:27we have our theater, we have our gym.
08:29We were like,
08:30the Lord is amazing, right?
08:31It's just right that we're just here inside,
08:34and our house is complete.
08:37So this is really for us.
08:41What you should do is to just focus on your own blessings.
08:44And then, do not spend more than what you earn.
08:47And then it's not about how much you save,
08:50but how much, it's not about how much you earn,
08:52but how much you save.
08:53So it could be other people,
08:56they're earning a lot,
08:57and you're just here.
08:58But make sure that you save more.
