00:00 >> Yeah, we're trying to grow them daily.
00:02 We like to call themselves young kings to make sure that on and
00:07 off the field that they hold themselves to a high standard.
00:10 And that's something that we'll continue to grow on and
00:12 understand that in a heated battle in the moments during the game,
00:15 we can't fold under any circumstance.
00:17 That doesn't mean we're gonna be perfect, but
00:18 we hold accountability to ourselves and we keep growing daily.
00:21 >> What should fans here know about Ephesians Price soccer?
00:24 What kind of player he is?
00:24 >> He's gonna compete.
00:28 He's gonna try to give everything he can every Saturday.
00:30 And he's ready for competition and war.
00:33 And so we're fortunate enough for him to come over here with us, but
00:36 he knows that he's here to compete.
00:38 And he's been accepted to the room and he's accepted them.
00:40 So, but he's tall, he's long, he's athletic, and we can't have enough of him.
00:46 >> Your coaching style, where's the biggest influence come from?
00:49 >> My influence, it mainly comes from my personal experience as a player.
00:54 The things that I wanted in a coach, the things that I had or didn't have,
00:58 I tried to gravitate towards that.
00:59 I like to hold guys accountable, but
01:01 I also love them more than anybody off the field.
01:04 I like to know what their strengths are, what their weaknesses are,
01:07 what they're going through personally.
01:09 And that's the only way that we can have a genuine relationship,
01:11 to where I can coach them to the best of their ability individually.
01:14 So knowing their dreams, their aspirations, and their goals,
01:17 the relationship starts with accountability and honesty.
01:20 And that's where we all started.
