00:04 Yeah, so we have just today launched our brand new OatCo brand, which is a sister
00:11 brand to Sliced, which is our meal prep company. But OatCo, these are our
00:16 overnight oats, just add milk. It's a single-serve pouch, you literally hit it
00:22 open, put in any milk of your choice, put it in the fridge for at least two hours
00:26 or overnight and it's good to go. It's the first concept of its kind in the whole of
00:30 Ireland and the UK and we've launched it here at Balmoral.
00:33 And we're all very conscious of our macros and it's got a good lot of protein in there as well, how many grams of protein is in that?
00:41 Yeah, so each pouch has at least 20 grams of protein and it's plant-based protein and it's all natural
00:48 ingredients that's in the pouch as well. So we focus on innovative whole grains
00:53 and it's a super fuel for on-the-go.
00:57 And what else do you have on offer? I see you've got a fridge here with some other ready-made up overnight oats.
01:03 So what we have on offer today, and this is our brand new look, so our overnight oats for Sliced have been on the market for the last three years.
01:09 It's been re-branded to OatCo, so it now comes in a pot which has segregated toppings.
01:17 I'll just open it up to show you. So fresh toppings sealed and then spoon and then the top hat, the oat is sealed as well for freshness.
01:27 So these are available across Northern Ireland in stores throughout.
01:33 And then we also have our meal range. So these are our meals. So Sliced, so we have a variety of our pasta and rice meals available on our stall here.
01:45 And again, you can get these online or in stores across Northern Ireland.
01:49 And they're high protein sort of meal prep meals as well then and lower calorie I guess?
01:53 So all our meals are low calorie. All of them are under 500 calories.
01:59 We've actually launched this one, which is the Cajun Chicken Protein Noodle. So it's high in protein as well.
02:07 All our meals are macro tracked. So you scan the barcode and it links through to MyFitnessPal.
02:13 So if you're keeping count on calories and all that sort of thing, that's what our pack does for you.
