00:00Do you like cheesecake? Then you need to make these Mixed Berry Cheesecake Inspired Overnight Oats.
00:04For the base, I'm mixing oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt together,
00:10then putting that in the fridge to set.
00:12Next, I'm stirring together all of the berries, lemon zest, maple syrup, and salt,
00:16then letting them macerate in the fridge.
00:18And for that cheesecake tang, whisk together cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, vanilla, and a little maple syrup
00:24until it's all mixed and smooth.
00:25That's really good.
00:26Then cover and set to chill in the fridge.
00:28Grab those berries and mash up half of them with a fork until they're all juicy, then let's build our breakfast.
00:33I'm doing whole berries on the bottom, our oat base, that cheesecake filling, the mashed berries, more oats, more cheesecake,
00:39graham cracker crumbs, and fresh berries on top.
00:42These are so sweet and filling and just like cheesecake, they make the best breakfast.
00:46Dig in to get every delicious layer.
