00:04 have reached an agreement on a Memorandum of Understanding

00:09 up to the consultation of the "Sulit at Tama" or "Konsulta" program.

00:14 PhilHealth has decided that aside from the usual services and laboratory tests,

00:19 those with breast cancer and patients with mental health should also be included in the program.

00:24 According to the PhilHealth NCR and Rizal Public Affairs Unit,

00:28 the administration is gradually addressing the needs of women

00:34 and those with mental health diagnosis.

00:37 Acting Vice President Ray Balenya of the PhilHealth Corporate Affairs Group

00:43 advised the public not to worry or be afraid to consult

00:50 for any condition or issue in the accredited mental health centers.

00:55 While the PIA has also approved the program

00:59 that will be implemented under the promises of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

01:04 to provide sufficient health care services to all Filipinos,

01:09 especially those in the most difficult sector of society.

01:13 We are ready to pay 9,000 for the general package

01:19 and 16,000 for the specialty mental health package.

01:29 that will help and care for our countrymen with mental health conditions.

01:36 our countrymen can have free consultations with doctors

01:41 and other health services in different parts of the country.
