00:00Listen, I think it's a tribute to the guys involved with it.
00:04So, as you start with the coaches, you start with Spaggs and
00:09his ability to organize and lead.
00:11And then you take the assistant coaches and their ability to get done what Spaggs
00:17wants them to get done and still add their personality to it.
00:21And the players likewise, they bought in from the get go and
00:25Spaggs just kind of started off with a small package.
00:29And then every week he would add a little something on to it that he felt
00:34the players would be comfortable with and still be able to execute a high level.
00:39So, now he's getting to where he can continue to expand
00:45according to what team you're playing.
00:48And be a little bit more job specific for that team.
00:53So, and the players, they love that and they play with great energy.
00:59And it's a complicated defense.
01:02Listen, I mean, he does a lot of things with that.
01:04And it's tough on offenses, it's tough on the players.
01:08You have to not only spend time here, but when you go home,
01:11you've also got to go back and review and study.
