00:00 >> It's good to be out there today.
00:01 >> It's great.
00:01 It's almost a year in the making.
00:03 Rehab is very, very hard.
00:05 But I'm just happy to be out here with my team.
00:07 This is the best field in the world, so it's awesome.
00:10 >> Is it extra nice to have a goal to show for it?
00:12 >> It definitely is, it definitely is.
00:14 >> Talk me through how on the play, and it's a little fluky, but-
00:18 >> A little bit, but the goal is a goal.
00:19 It's just awesome.
00:20 My teammates are the best people ever.
00:23 All I remember is them running towards me.
00:25 They're great, and the fans are great.
00:26 I'm so happy both my parents were here.
00:28 It was awesome.
00:29 >> How are the emotions just kind of leading up to tonight before getting back
00:33 out there for the first time?
00:34 >> Yeah, it's definitely a little nerve wracking.
00:36 I think the training yesterday was where I was really in my head,
00:39 cuz that is when I got hurt the day before a game.
00:40 So that whole session I was like, breathe, be calm, it's gonna be okay.
00:44 And like I said, this is the best place in the world to play.
00:46 So once I actually got out here, it kind of fades away.
00:48 I'm just excited to play and be again with this great team, great people,
00:52 great fans, so it's awesome.
00:55 >> You checked in about halfway through the first half there.
00:57 How long did it take you to kind of get your legs under you,
00:59 get into the rhythm of the game?
01:00 >> Definitely takes a couple minutes.
01:01 I think those first two touches are really important for me,
01:04 just to remind myself that I'm healthy and my feet are under me and
01:06 I can actually move around.
01:08 Cuz there was a moment there where I couldn't.
01:10 So I think just a couple of touches and then I feel kind of back to normal now.
01:13 It's just a matter of getting consistent at this point.
