00:00 You're gorgeous!
00:01 Thank you so much!
00:02 You've got a vision!
00:03 Honey!
00:04 We have come as an award.
00:06 [laughter]
00:07 I am on the award!
00:09 You are the prize!
00:10 You are the prize!
00:11 That's what we're trying to tell the girls.
00:13 Exactly!
00:14 How does it feel to be nominated at the LLVA Awards?
00:17 It feels incredible.
00:19 I was nominated last year, but this one feels super special because of the journey I've
00:23 been on to get here with Guys and Dolls, and just being at the Big Brother house and finding
00:29 out I got nominated and then to be here, it's just really, really special and I'm so proud
00:33 of our show and proud of our cast.
00:35 It's incredible.
00:36 What was that like when you got told that you were nominated?
00:38 Did it bring you back to reality for a bit?
00:40 It did because I was deeply subversed at that point.
00:43 I was like, there's no outside world, it's only this world in here.
00:46 I was at the fun fair and they had just told me two days ago they weren't going to tell
00:50 me, so I had no idea.
00:51 I thought that ball was going to say, you've got to evict somebody, and then it said, oh,
00:55 April 14th, you'll be at the LLVA Awards, you're nominated.
01:00 The whole house went, what?
01:02 It was just amazing.
01:04 What was the more dramatic experience, being in this LLVA Big Brother house or being on
01:07 the stage?
01:08 I don't know, girl, but I do feel like the stage and being in a musical prepared me for
01:13 the Big Brother experience.
01:14 I've been through the highs and lows.
01:16 You can't get me, Big Brother.
01:17 I've been through it all.
01:19 I guess unless you've been angry, people don't really get it.
01:22 They have no idea.
01:23 What is it actually like?
01:24 You know what?
01:25 It's like being in a 24-hour immersive play, to be fair.
01:30 You know you're making a show, but then it feels so real.
01:34 It's real emotions, it's real people, and we actually genuinely liked each other, but
01:38 then we were like, oh, we forgot, we've got to nominate each other as well.
01:41 It was a surreal experience, but it was the best thing I could have done.
01:44 I just loved I got to bring awareness to the LLVA Awards, to the theatre community on a
01:49 mainstream show.
01:50 Some people didn't even know about these awards.
01:52 How do you not know?
01:53 So now they know.
01:55 And the drama lives on.
01:56 I don't know if you've seen some of the recent stuff, but like, it just keeps going on.
02:00 Babe, it just keeps going on.
02:01 I save the drama for the stage, baby.
02:03 Save the drama for your mama, for the stage.
02:05 Okay.
02:06 Yeah, I love that.
02:07 Oh my god, I'm a lesbian.
02:08 Good luck tonight.
02:09 I'm rooting for you.
02:10 Thank you so much.
