01:28 And I'd like to really know on what sort of the rationale behind cancelling such a major event.
01:38 You know, because I think it brings joy and I think there's a lot of things going on in the world.
01:44 The more joy we have, you know, cycling's not a bad thing but it doesn't mean to say it doesn't bring.
01:51 And I would imagine to the businesses it helps to bring in some income.
01:57 So it's sad that it's been cancelled but you know, before I could make an informed sort of go, it's wrong or it's right.
