I manufactured constant current source with voltage surveillance function, which turn of the current by opening a relay unit.

This is used for battery charger to prevents from over charging. Especially lithium-ion battery is denger if it is overcharged. With combination of thermostat to detect anomalious temperature, the incident from overcharging is prevented.
