00:00 The Ministry of Health issued a compound to a Ramadan market vendor after a bag of cloth was found in a stall selling in his neighbourhood.
00:13 The investigation found the vendor at the Pandan Village Market, Kuala Lumpur, was smuggling food,

00:24 The compound was issued under the Rule No. 32(1)(b) of the Food Safety Regulations 2009.
