00:00Ex-Minister Rafidah Aziz said,

00:04the level of mismanagement and misuse

00:06that is known for sure in the report of the head of state audit

00:09shows that the integrity culture in Malaysia is seriously damaged.

00:14Rafidah said it was very surprising when the report

00:17showed how serious the loss of integrity

00:20in today's society with almost no sector

00:23that seems to be free from the toxic misuse of power.

00:27Rafidah said in one statement,

00:29the latest audit report denies misuse of good management

00:34involving billions of ringgit and all is public funds.

00:37In fact, the level of misuse and theft like that

00:41must be handled seriously.

00:44The former Minister of International Trade and Industry

00:47also suggested to review the existing procedures,

00:50audit practices, points of power and decision-making processes.

00:55Rafidah also urged to stop the establishment

00:58of new institutions and agencies

01:00that include various sub-sectors and activities.

01:03Agencies and people who have to be ensured

01:05in the audit report also need to be investigated, he said.

01:09Recently, the Ministry of Justice of Malaysia

01:12investigated a complaint about human resources development

01:16management in addition to LKAN

01:18also denounced the misuse of funds by the National Professor's Assembly.
