02:28 [President of the Government of India, Ali M. Mohamad] "Thank you, Mr. President. Thank you, Minister for your answer.
02:34 We know that the informal and micro businesses of the community are always under attention.
02:40 It is given the opportunity, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic era, under the government of the PM,
02:46 and at that time, it was approved by 152.2% with an excess of Rp. 10.44 million at that time and has been approved.
02:54 But that is the initiative that we give them to move forward in the field of business.
02:59 So, what is currently, we know that there is an initiative from the Minister himself,
03:03 which proposes a global budget of Rp. 30 million, which is added along with the challenge of time.
03:10 The question is simple, Minister, is there a proposal to add a business budget for the people of India has been approved,
03:17 and if not approved, what other plans to help them? Thank you, Mr. President."
03:21 [M. Seng] "Thank you, Mr. Mohamad.
03:26 We have requested for additional funding for the global economy.
03:41 But for now, as I said earlier, Mr. Mohamad, in 2023, although the assistance of only Rp. 30 million was approved,
03:54 instead, by using internal assistance, it has given an additional approval of Rp. 11.6 million.
04:02 So, it has increased to Rp. 41.6 million.
04:08 So, for this year, we have requested for additional assistance.
04:14 If not needed, we will try to use internal assistance as it has been used in 2023. Thank you."
