00:00 You look at a kid like Josiah Trader.
00:02 Here's somebody who started as a freshman at Miami Central,
00:05 played defensive back for one play in the state championship game,
00:08 picked the ball off, went 96 yards.
00:10 So this is somebody who has been elite from the beginning.
00:15 He came through the same youth stuff as all those guys that are
00:20 coming out of Rod Mac's program up in North Dade area.
00:26 And certainly with the Ravens, and certainly a kid that has gotten it from day one.
00:34 And I think that the addition, just as somebody who's more of a consultant,
00:40 but also somebody who knows the position of Sly Johnson, who worked with all these guys.
00:46 People don't realize it, but he's worked with these guys since they were eight, nine years old.
00:51 He's the one that totally found Xavier Restrepo and made him into what he is today.
00:57 He went out and got Elijah Moore, who's been in the NFL now for four years and
01:02 arguably one of the best receivers.
01:04 He's the one who went and got Daniel Braverman, who was drafted by the Chicago Bears.
01:09 But having him on campus along with Kevin Beard, he teaches more of the craft and he's
01:17 gonna get a lot out of these receivers and with Nye Carr, big time kid as it was.
01:24 And all these kids need now is refining because they went from a high school level where they
01:29 dominated in that good competition, obviously.
01:32 But now they're going to play with 22, 23 year old kids that are grown men.
01:37 And they're gonna have to understand that just being faster is not always gonna be the deal.
01:43 Because if you don't have technique and you can't get off the line and they jam you and
01:47 disguise coverages on you, you have to pick that up as well.
01:52 And I think that's the combination of what Miami has teaching these kids now
01:57 will go a long way in how they develop.
02:01 And we already know that Ray Ray Joseph is a smart young man who picks up a lot of things.
02:08 His elite outside speed gives him an opportunity like Chris Johnson
02:13 to kind of dominate anytime they get on the field.
