00:00 >> Really, I look at things in a different way.
00:03 It's not a different way than anybody looks, but my year to year comparison
00:08 is pretty clear about what we did good and very clear about what we did bad, right?
00:14 We took huge jumps in a lot of categories.
00:17 I think it was like 100 or 99 to 22 in yards per play,
00:21 which is probably the biggest jump I've ever had in a year.
00:24 And a lot of the rushing per game was up, was in the 30s,
00:29 I think mid 30s, passing was mid 30s.
00:31 Offense, we were hovering around 30 or 25, right?
00:34 From like 80 or whatever.
00:37 So huge jumps in a lot of things.
00:40 Turnovers were glaring, right?
00:42 Turnovers were glaring.
00:44 Not only were they glaring, they were glaring when they happened.
00:47 So the two situations that we didn't get better in,
00:52 it probably almost stayed the same or maybe went down a couple notches,
00:57 was turnovers and red zone offense.
01:00 But they kinda go together because if you look at red zone offense,
01:04 I mean, we got down there about top 35 in the nation, 50 or 60 times, right?
01:10 The teams that were in the top 10 in the nation, you can tell I studied this a lot,
01:14 but the teams that are top 10 in the nation, right?
01:17 There's one clear thing they didn't do is they didn't turn it over down there.
01:22 We turned it over seven times down there, two times on the one yard line, right?
01:26 And we turned it over a couple times right before there.
01:29 And so what that does is take points off the scoreboard.
01:32 Not only does it crush your morale and all the rest, right?
01:36 It takes points off the scoreboard.
01:38 And so ultimately, we have to do a better job of protecting the football.
