00:45 the infrastructure will be provided to strengthen Clark as an investment and tourist destination.

00:54 that the administration committed to building world-class infrastructures
00:58 that can be a place for business.

01:05 It is part of our plan to propel Clark as an alternate growth area.
01:10 It is a red carpet rolled out to those who will partake in all the best things that Clark can offer.

01:23 because unlocking the full potential of Clark is a continuing task.

01:29 the Executive Board of New Clark City gave a big role to the so-called Access Road
01:34 for the transportation of products and services.
01:37 ANAR will make the journey from other places in Clark City faster
01:41 even to its neighboring provinces towards Clark City
01:44 by 20 minutes from the previous one hour of free toll fees.
01:49 In short, the Clark Metropolis has what it takes to be a mecca for tourists,
01:54 a magnet of investments, and a market of goods and services.
01:59 We must leverage these attributes into higher visitor traffic,
02:04 attracting more investments that generate better jobs and spur economic activity.
02:10 President Marcos Jr. also pointed out that aside from these infrastructures,
02:14 he will also support the government in strengthening other facilities to stimulate their future investment.
02:20 This includes the modernization of Clark International Airport
02:24 and the rail link under the North-South Commuter Railway Project.
02:29 The President also recognized the contribution of the Basis Conversion and Development Authority or BCDA
02:34 to the economic agenda of the government,
02:36 especially in the push of the AFP modernization,
02:39 where the President said that the contribution of the BCDA
02:44 to the use of weapons and vehicles of the AFP amounts to P59.71 billion.
02:50 The BCDA has contributed P59.71 billion for the equipment,
02:56 weaponry, vehicles, vessels, and structures used by our armed forces.
03:02 So indeed, the BCDA has a major role to play in the "Bagong Pilipinas" vision
03:07 that all Filipinos are working hard to achieve.

03:45 Anar will open to the public starting tomorrow
03:49 and it is expected to be fully operational in July,
