00:00 So really excited about how things are headed really excited about where things are going and
00:05 We're fortunate that we're able to get our feet on the ground a little bit now and start building the relationships with our team
00:12 Yeah, I
00:20 Mean, I I think in some ways it's polar opposite
00:23 we took over a program that was on a 12-game losing streak and
00:29 Left on a seven game winning streak
00:31 They were oh and 12 and then wound up and losing to their rivals by nine touchdowns
00:36 This team was 14 and oh going into the final game of the year
00:41 beat their rivals
00:43 Beat the rivals twice in terms of beating Oregon beat Washington State won the Apple Cup and played the national championship game
00:51 So in terms of the polar opposites, you would say by record. They're completely opposite
00:57 the interesting part of it is
00:59 20 of those 22 starters are no longer going to be on the team
01:02 From this past year when you look at who's returning it looks like there's only two returning starters from the national championship game
01:10 So now, you know, what type of team do we have and what does that look like?
01:14 And that's what we have to figure out but it's a super confident team. It's a team that has won a ton of games
01:20 It's a lot of players that have committed to a winning program and for that
01:26 It's certainly different than what we had when we we really had to build it up from
01:32 where it was
