WEEK ONE EASY QUICK CARDIO WORKOUT

This is to be done 2-3 times with little rest if you can! Thanks Tanya! This workout SHOULD be done daily for the full week one. You will need to do two things FIRST!!

2. Once you finish your cardio WAIT ONE HOUR before eating. Only drink water during that hour.
This is all based on science folks... it works everytime. Tanya thank you for pointing out that I need to create a few user friendly workouts for my viewers who just need to move.
