00:12 I don't know when I'll get a chance to work with him again.

00:23 You got "Raw Dog" on the road
00:25 and helped film a great many of episodes
00:28 from coast to coast, up and down the Eastern Seaboard.
00:33 You really made "Raw Dog" what it is today.
00:36 So thank you, and I hope one day we get to do another episode.

00:45 -You know, for everyone, the trail comes to an end.
00:50 And here in Oshkosh, the trail came to an end for Bob.
00:56 This is Bob's Trail's end.
00:59 Yes, this place has been here since 1887.
01:06 And it's a historical landmark here in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
01:11 Yes, that's right. We're in Oshkosh, Bogosh.
01:13 And they've been serving hot dogs for almost 100 years.
01:19 They've had the same owner since about 1985.
01:22 And this is a place that's an institution here in Wisconsin.
01:26 Well, we're gonna give it a try
01:27 just to see just how good these hot dogs are
01:29 as we go "Raw Dogging" in Oshkosh, Bogosh,
01:33 at Bob's Trail's end.

02:31 They have kind of like a mini hot dog.
02:34 This is like a -- This feels like a small hot dog.
02:37 And the bun-to-dog ratio is, hmm.
02:41 Well, a little lacking.
02:45 It's not quite the little smokes that you find
02:47 in the upstate region of New York.
02:49 But the bun is steamed, the hot dog is steamed.
02:51 Well, let's see if this has any of steam.

03:24 I'm gonna give this hot dog a single.
03:26 It has a decent enough taste,
03:30 but it doesn't have, like,
03:34 the structure and grandeur
03:37 to be anything but a single.

03:40 We have a lot of them here.
03:42 -Now, here's the chili dog.
03:45 Looks like a nice chili.
03:47 -You're having a pleasant one.
03:48 I guess you're coming out of the big red last night.
03:51 -Oh, yeah.
03:52 [ Indistinct conversations ]
03:59 -That's pretty good.

04:04 -That's a lot too common, yeah.
04:07 -I think the chili dog --
04:11 the chili helps get this dog up to a double.
04:15 Probably that's perhaps designed that way.
04:19 -Well, Bob's trail ended here.

04:27 and we're gonna continue to go on
04:30 finding great hot dogs across this great nation.
