00:05 valley. Fruitlandia and the Takuria Factory have teamed up to create a new

00:10 dual concept stop for some glorious food and drinks and here to tell us all about

00:15 it is co-founder Gamaliel. Welcome!

00:20 Good morning Lexi. Thank you very much. We're very grateful to have you guys

00:25 here. This is our newest location in the city of Tempe. This is the first location

00:32 that we open with both brands Fruitlandia and Takuria Factory giving

00:37 the opportunity to our customers to have access to all of our menu items. So we're

00:43 very excited about this new location at the Arizona Mills. Absolutely. Well Gamaliel

00:48 so tell us about what the different concepts are. So I know Fruitlandia and

00:53 Takuria Factory. Tell us what they both individually are so we know what we're

00:57 getting when we're coming to see both together. Yes Fruitlandia is a concept

01:04 that started about 18 years ago in the city of Mesa. We now have 10 locations

01:10 East Valley and the West Valley and Fruitlandia is known for offering

01:15 delicious and refreshing fresh fruit treats including fresas con crema which

01:24 is strawberries and cream, real fruit shaved ice, ice cream, all kinds of

01:30 different fruit bowls and really good types of frozen drinks especially for

01:37 the summer very refreshing options and like I said we specialize in bringing a

01:43 part of Mexico to offer to our customers here in the US and so they can have an

01:51 opportunity to know a little bit more about this delicious offerings. And then

01:56 what about Takuria Factory? That's more the food side correct? Yes Takuria

02:02 Factory started just about a year and a half ago in the city of Chandler and we

02:07 now have four open locations and we're getting ready to open two more and

02:11 Takuria Factory is having great success mainly because we offer authentic

02:16 tacos, burritos, birria ramen and things like that and here we're going to show

02:22 you a little bit about what I'm talking about. People are accepting Takuria

02:27 Factory extremely well and the main reason is because we use authentic

02:32 recipes and we serve our food the exact same way that you would see it being

02:38 served in Mexico say in a taco stand and the seasonings that we use are very very

02:47 high quality very delicious and people are responding extremely well to it. I'm

02:54 going to show you real quick here this is our birria ramen I just want to show

02:58 you real quick here what it has and it's a birria which is a which is a beef stew

03:04 right especially with this weather you can kind of see a little bit of the

03:08 steam coming out you can see the chunks of meat and this is a very delicious

03:12 dish that you can have especially when it's cold outside. Right next to it we

03:18 also have this tacos are trending right now they're they're known as quesadilla

03:24 which is the beef from the beef stew the birria with melted cheese and we put it

03:31 back on the grill we'll put a little bit of broth on top and it makes it very

03:34 moist very delicious and next to it we have the nachos which again are made

03:40 with the very fresh chips and carne asada or different kinds of meats that

03:47 we offer. Well that looks absolutely incredible I will say the birria ramen

03:52 with the birria tacos and you dunk it that is the way to go but Gamaliel I

03:57 know you also have drinks there margaritas so truly this is a concept

04:02 where people can come in and they can get everything all in one stop from

04:06 their delicious food to a margarita and then finish it off at Fruitlandia with

04:11 some delicious ice creams or a fruit drink so everything looks absolutely

04:16 beautiful and remind us again where you are in the Arizona Mills. So we are at

04:23 the Arizona Mills parking lot right by where the 60 and the 10 freeway meet on

04:30 Priest the one thing I want to say real quick about our margaritas they are made

04:34 with fresh real fruit so come and check them out we hope to see you see you guys
