00:00 Good afternoon, everybody.
00:03 I guess I'm second to last, which you guys normally rank me anyway.
00:07 So it's a good start to PAC-12 media day and excited to be here.
00:16 Super excited to be a part of this day today representing the University of Arizona.
00:24 And thrilled on where our program's going, thrilled on where it's gone the last seven
00:30 months and really excited about the team that we have here.
00:36 Let's say we have two outstanding leaders that we brought with us, Anthony Pandy, Stanley
00:42 Berryhill, two fifth-year players that have been a part of a lot of coaching changes,
00:49 have been a part of a lot of different staffs, and both of them had opportunities to go elsewhere
00:54 at the end of this year, and both of them decided to stay.
00:58 And they've become incredible leaders for our program and super excited about that.
01:03 It's personal for me, it's personal for my family to be a part of this university and
01:09 be a part of our program.
01:12 My family has embraced Tucson, my wife and my three girls absolutely love it, and we're
01:19 excited to make it home for a very long time.
01:23 We've worked extremely hard over the course of the last seven months to not just change
01:29 the culture but create our own culture.
01:31 We talk about from the very beginning on an expectation of really taking a mindset of
01:38 becoming a pro.
01:40 And when we say becoming a pro, we talk to our players about being purposeful, being
01:43 resilient, being original in everything they do.
01:47 We talk to our team about the values that we have in our program and how important it
01:51 is that we don't need to live in a world of rules as long as we live in a world of values.
