00:16 Couldn't get away from Derrick Henry, he was on the roster.
00:18 He'd like to be a little bit more forward thinking
00:21 to today's NFL, but still gonna start
00:23 with a run with Vrabel.
00:24 And that's gotta be welcomed by any team that talks to him.
00:27 And he'll be in these searches very, very soon here.
00:30 And by the way, since he was fired,
00:32 he is free to interview with any NFL team.
00:35 Any coach who's still coaching in the playoffs
00:38 cannot interview until at a minimum,
00:40 the 22nd of this month, a week from this Monday.
00:43 That's the adjustment to the rules
00:45 because the league continues to tweak
00:48 these interview rules here.
00:49 They need to do that
00:50 'cause these coaches cannot be distracted.
00:53 That's a big deal here.
00:54 And then, as far as what happened
00:57 in New England and Vrabel, again, they had this agreement.
01:01 They couldn't go, Bob Kraft was not gonna go back
01:03 on his word.
01:04 Mayo was this guy.
01:05 And whenever Belichick was gonna leave.
01:07 Now, again, Bob didn't know that he was gonna fire
01:09 or push Belichick out.
01:11 It just happened because the season didn't go well.
01:13 So he was not gonna go back on his word.
01:15 Now, Vrabel is an outstanding football coach.
01:18 I've talked to many coaches that work for him.
01:20 Every play is like fourth of one.
01:23 He's super intense, but he's a great coach.
01:26 He had disagreements on a couple of things.
01:27 I'm told with Amy Adams-Strumpf,
01:29 the owner of the Titans,
01:32 that's why he's no longer there.
01:33 And that was the biggest surprise, by the way,
01:34 as we move on here.
01:35 The biggest surprise to me was not Pete Carroll,
01:38 72 years old.
01:39 Mike Vrabel getting canned.
01:40 That stunned me.
