Tech for sleep, not late night scrolling

At the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, companies unveil gadgets to assist sleep-related issues, such as the ‘Brainband’ priced at nearly $500. The Brainband, a cushioned crown with gold-plated sensors, analyzes brain activity, plays soothing sounds, and uses AI to replay sleep-inducing content if you wake up during the night.
