00:00 >> What's your pitch for Sharon to win the Broyles Award?
00:04 >> I mean, just look at what he's done.
00:06 I mean, he has two top ten wins as a head coach.
00:11 I think he's 4-0 now as a head coach.
00:16 What he's done with our offense, what he's done as a leader,
00:18 what he's done with our offensive line now.
00:20 I know it's not like a career achievement award, but
00:23 when you really look at his last three years as a whole, and
00:27 then what he's been able to do every time he's been elevated to a different role,
00:31 has thrived in that role.
00:33 There's no greater choice in the country than to run more.
00:36 Hopefully he gets close to being able to do that, to give us some snaps.
00:40 I think, what a credit to the other guys.
00:45 I mean, he didn't play from about the eight or nine minute mark of the third
00:49 quarter, and for us to still be able to kind of maintain what we were trying to do,
00:55 make some plays there at the end with J McBurrow's hugely stepping up and
01:00 sliding into playing nickel, Mikey having the ability to go from inside to outside.
01:06 And so we'll do the same thing this week.
01:09 Will's ready, we'll play him, and
01:11 we'll try to keep him at a snap count that we can manage for his situation.
01:16 But we have a lot of confidence in the other guys to get the job done.
01:20 And then there's some more, we're still trying to,
01:23 that's really in my opinion, the one position we're still trying to get that
01:28 next guy or two really, really game ready.
01:32 And the guys continue to work really hard in practice.
01:35 And so hopefully, this is a game where maybe we can throw some more guys in there.
