Top layer cake :
- 20 mirabelle plums
- 50 gr softened butter
- 100 gr sugar
- 65 gr sliced almonds

- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 75 gr brown sugar
- 220 gr flour
- 5 gr baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 10 cl milk
- 25 gr almond powder
