00:00 You've obviously built some sustainable teams
00:03 over your entire career.
00:04 You're 31 in November, which is obviously
00:06 a reflection of despite health issues, injuries,
00:10 you're able to finish strong everywhere you've been.
00:12 And I was wondering, what do you think
00:14 goes into building a sustainable program?
00:17 What has allowed you to do that in multiple places?
00:20 Having people around you, coaches and players,
00:23 that really want to do something special,
00:25 and realizing that week one, there's
00:28 things to learn from, week three,
00:31 go all the way through the season.
00:33 There are things to take from every game and keep applying it.
00:37 And you're always trying to improve.
00:41 And when you get to a point where
00:45 you have these big games, your chemistry of your team
00:49 needs to be in good order.
00:50 And the fight that it takes to win big games, rivalry
00:55 games, also against teams that are really good themselves,
01:02 it's just a matter of bringing it all together.
01:05 And you're going to have maybe not your best unit out there
01:09 because of injuries, or you're going to have weather,
01:13 but you're going to have some confidence going
01:16 into each and every game because you know what you got.
01:19 You know that the guy next to you
01:21 is going to give everything he has, whether that's a coach,
01:23 whether that's a player.
01:24 And you're going to fight till the very end.
01:26 And I mean, there's just--
01:29 never sell yourself short on what you're possible--
01:32 what you're capable of achieving.
